I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

All the people in the Service Dept were very friendly & nice to work with. Bobby made sure my repairs were done promptly & right. It was good to be able to have the shuttle to take me home, then pick me up again when my car was ready.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

I recently had a total loss on my car, so I was in a rush to find another. I contacted Chad Johnson, who ask what I was looking for and apparently is excellent at his job. I live out of town, but drove to Waco to check out the vehicle he located for me. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He listened and worked with others to find this vehicle as it came from Gainesville, TX. I purchased the vehicle that afternoon (I could see it ahead of time-online) and drove it back to my home that same weekend. The car was mechanically sound, beautiful pearl/silver color w/leather interior (looked brand-new) and it was a used car. I am so, so happy working with Chad Johnson and B-K that I plan to purchase my next vehicle with them. Chad listened and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I’ve had a great experience with this car. It’s reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive on a daily basis. The engine runs smoothly, transmission shifts without issues, and maintenance costs are reasonable. Interior is practical and comfortable, and overall the car meets expectations very well for everyday use. I would definitely recommend it.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

We have bought multiple vehicles from Johnson Bros. Everyone there is beyond nice. We have bought since we moved to Bell County from Houston. Never had any problem with our Fords pickups, Expeditions, even Taurus or Lincoln Nautilus. We won't buy anywhere else !

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

We ended up having a GREAT experience here! We had Drae as a sales rep and he was AWESOME. There was a slight mix up on the price of the vehicle… but when we brought it to their attention, they made it right with no hesitation. We were shocked because it’s hard to find such GREAT customer service at a dealership that also offers so much else! We will definitely be life long customers here! Thank you Bird Kultgen!

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I love my Cherokee overall. This is my 3rd one. Sadly I've noticed the quality slipping. Jeep no longer provides a spare tire - WHAT? The floor mats are now of lesser quality and no longer have the Jeep emblem embroidered on them. The transmission is still a little iffy but not as bad as my '15. The tail lights fill with condensation but the dealership tells me it is normal to do so - WHAT? Additionally you're never gonna be able to find a V6 anymore. I had to go down a year to a '22 in order to get one. They are pushing EVs and Hybrids. All this being said I'm still Jeep girl and still love my Cherokee.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

I feel like we were treated better than family. The advisor was friendly and very professional. The whole experience was amazing. It was not what I expected. The service was outstanding and very reasonable.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Bought new in CT to retire to FL, seats 7, towing pkg, 4 wd. Hit byone car from side, rear ended by another and hit road debris at 70 mph. All repairs done by Nissan and still like new. Poor mpg around town but decent on cruise control. We keep our cars well past 100k (250k on WRX), so we will likely keep it for many years.

First EVER buying a MBenz. Was always afraid of all the hype in technology, maintenance , and upkeep. I?ve always admired the stance, colors, the beefy looks, and those WHEELS!

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

This is my fifth car I have bought from BMW of Temple and per usually they never disappoint! Traded my 2022 X5 for a 2024 X5 with all the newest updates. I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.
