So I'd like to start with I know I probably was not the easiest client to deal with at times; but this team of people understood why I was so upset and frankly p*ssed off with the whole situation. They did not give up on my attitude or car. Anyone who purchases a car that is within the power train warranty always wonders why did this person trade in a 'perfectly good car'. Well, there is usually a reason for that. Upon test driving the vehicle and noticing an off noise but being told it was "normal" I rolled the dice that the power train would cover the off engine noise we noticed unless it was in fact supposed to sound that way. Which it wasn't (it does not make the sound from the the test drive since). Sure enough, before the first payment, the engine took a crap and gave me the panic of a lifetime. I had just made this huge purchase and now it will need a new engine? The whole point of purchasing a new or 1 owner car was to have a GOOD RELIABLE VEHICLE that I would not need to worry about for a while. Everyone worries that the larger components could and will fail right out the gate leaving you with a mount of repair bills and a xxx that is now a money pit. I called the dealership and explained what was happening and they were very understanding why I was upset with this. Melinda was able to get me lined out... eventually. It took a new engine and 3 new sensors I believe but she got it done. I did tell Melinda to please do not rush this. It's an engine. I work in service and understand not all your techs and do all your jobs. there's a reason each tech works on what they work on. And I get that. But when we were coming up on the 2 month mark it was getting frustrating. Not to mentino the rental. So I am finally about to come pick the car up. FINALLY. But upon taking delivery of the car, we didn't even make it home before the check engine light comes back. We JUST installed a new engine and a sensor ( sensors are picky and finicky it seems). Took it back immediately ( it was Saturday so I had it back Monday morning). They got me square away with the sensors however I believe Jim (who isn't here anymore to my understanding) was the advisor for that small ticket. This was when i believe we had to get 2 sensors taken care of. Then about 3 weeks later on the freeway all the sudden the transmission felt like it disengaged and a message about putting the car into neutral flashed up with the engine light. I lost it . I cried (we aren't even going to talk about the rental car/The most expensive cup of ranch incident ever -- but I'd be more than happy to hook Lauren and her dept. up with an awesome courtesy vehicle review). Was this ever going to end with this xxxx car? I called you guys up and was about 20 minutes away, upset, late to work at a new job, and pissed. But Lauren had the rental ready to go as this happened en route to work. Melinda was there and ready to run my codes as it appeared pretty serious at first glance. But come to find it was a loose battery terminal. The service department did in fact verify this thoroughly and did NOT charge me for the day of diag ( I did have a little under a full tank when I brought it that morning but was not even worried about that as long as I had the gas to get home and I did). I would absolutely recommend y'all to someone; if they will be treated the same if not better. Thanks everyone for putting up with me. working in service has made me learn a lot but also to expect nothing less than what I would let a customer's purchase roll like.

I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I’ve watched all the review videos and heard all the complaints. Non of it mattered as non of it was things I would that would bother me for the cost. I’ve owned 1/2 million dollar cars and for the money saved on this (daily driver) I’m more than happy with my choice. It’s simple, elegant and an attention getter. Did I mention it is fast? It has the perfect amount of horsepower and gas consumption if and when I need it. No need to say more :)

First let me say I hate buying a car because of the process most dealerships go through to sell you a car. Now that I have said that, I experience I had at Audi Boulder was a totally different experience. I originally contacted the dealership over 1-1/2 years ago and spoke with a salesman regarding the TT as I was thinking of upgrading my 2001 TT and wasn't sure if I should purchase then or wait for the new enhanced 2016 model. He suggested waiting for the 2016 model and so I did. The dealership kept in touch with me off and on through the next year and the original salesman left the dealership. I then was contacted by Jeremy Forcier. He let me know when the model of the 2016 was at the dealership and we set up a time to drive it. It was a fun test drive; the way the car drove, the different drive options, and the technology was awesome. I had specific requirements of my next car and Jeremy and I explored the Audi exclusive option where I could get the color I wanted and the packages I wanted right from the factory. I had a specific timeframe in mind and left the dealership with information. I was not pressured in any way to "buy it now" which would have made me not come back. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. I returned in October and ordered my car, the way I wanted it. Jeremy suggested the tan interior which I was skeptical but agreed. Jeremy kept me in touch throughout the process of the car being built. Just recently the car arrived at the dealership and we made an appointment to pick it up -- I was so excited to see the new car. We made an appointment for 6:00 pm and Jeremy was very patient with me, showing me how to be able to drive the car and doing some initial set up. The price came in right where we had discussed back in October. Matt was great in getting the financial piece together and soon I was pulling out of the lot in the brand new car. By the way, my skepticism about the tan interior was totally unfounded, it looks beautiful -- THANK YOU JEREMY! The service staff contacted me the next day and we scheduled the tinting, clear bra, and interior protectant and when I arrived to pick it up from these services, Jeremy again took time to walk me through some other items we didn't have time for before - voice training, different buttons and radio presets, and garage door opener. I know this is a long story but what I wanted to show is the level of commitment this dealership has to its customers. Jeremy was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the sale and I so appreciate his easy manner, wealth of knowledge and patience with me learning (I think he had to tell me 3 times on the voice training to say each number one-one-five-three instead of eleven fifty three). I have my perfect car thanks to Audi Boulder!

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

I moved to charlotte from San Francisco, Ca without a car, and had to rent a car while I searched for a car to buy. The Alfa Romeo I ended up with was the 10th car i test drove over 2 weeks. The car speaks for itself, but there???s something Special about foreign cars charlotte and Kostas. Some high end car dealerships can be very intimidating, especially when 80% of their inventory is out of your price range. I went to 6 other dealerships and none of provided me an experience nearly as good as Kostas and foreign cars charlotte. I was met with exceptional attention to detail and genuine concern for what i actually needed In a car. The test drive process was quick and easy. Kostas knew everything about the car and helped me get the financial end of the deal to a place where i was comfortable. I didn???t feel they were pushy or in a hurry to get me out of the dealership. I didn???t get hounded with marketing calls from people at the dealership i didn???t even meet after I left the dealership, or get sketchy telemarketing type calls from fake numbers that had my same (out of state) area code.. All things that happened after I visited a certain large dealership in the area after specifically requesting that the only person to call me would be the sales person I worked with that day. I will be back to foreign cars charlotte for my next, hopefully faster and shinier, vehicle. Everything about my experience was refreshingly smooth and the only pressure i felt was on me to choose the right car for my needs. 5 stars all day. Survey option only has masersti and Aston Martin. To be clear I picked up an Alfa Romeo Guilia Ti Sport.

We purchased the Maserati ghibli with 9K miles and already have issues with the front brakes, calipers are scratched. Spoke with the dealer and they informed me that I own a high performance car and that this is normal and not covered by the warranty. I also inquired as to the brake pads and he again informed me that I have a high performance car and should be changing the brake pads every 10K miles. The car came with Perrelli PZero tires which will need to be replaced soon even though they state a high treadwear. Again the dealer informed me that I now own a high performance automobile. We traded in our Mercedes E350 with 50K miles and never had to change the brake pads and only changed the set of tires once and towards the 50K mark. I like the styling of the car and the performance is good but I am not a race car driver and this is my wife's car. I have not been impressed with the dealer service or the high service intervals for tires and brakes.

Many people dream of owing an exotic car like those sold at Ferrari of Washington, and for years I was one of them. Having owned really nice German cars over the years, I thought that now was the time to move it up to the next level of car ownership. Going into this I didn't really know what to expect, but from the second I walked into the dealership I was made to feel welcome without any hint of pressure or snobbery (as some would expect a Ferrari / Maserati / Lamborghini dealership to be). I was introduced to Carlo Sandrin, an absolute great guy to work with. He guided me through the entire process. I was shown several cars that were in my price range, got to drive a couple, changed my mind once or twice, and through it all I never felt any degree of pressure to make a purchase. As we were going back and forth, I was waiting for the dreaded "let me get my manager to talk to you" moment, but it never happened. Carlo and I worked the deal between just the two of us and I'm now a very happy 2016 Maserati owner. And the best part of the entire ordeal, I was in and out of the dealership in about 4 hours! Carlo, you're the BEST! I wish you much continued success...

I am from the West coast (Cape Coral) and found a vehicle online at this dealership. From the first time I called the dealership from the time I drove away in my car, I was met with an HONEST dealership and salesman, Al Torres. I expressed interest over the telephone in the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing, and told Mr. Torres that I was not in the business of wasting my or his time if I made the drive across the state I was going with the intention of buying. Mr. Torres gave me his word the vehicle was as described and would be there waiting for me, without deposit, and he wouldn't sell it in the meantime. I made the trip to Miami, and the car was in fact there and as described. I purchased the vehicle (Range Rover) in July and purposely waited a couple months, for its full service to write a review , to ensure I was backing a dealership/car without any "hidden repairs/surprises." After my service was completed (now September) the repairman stated that the vehicle was in great condition and nothing other than the scheduled maintenance, needed to be completed. Also the sales transaction was fast as can be. Mr. Torres had the paperwork all completed prior to my arrival and I literally had to sign my names a few times and I was done! This was especially helpful because I had my 5 and 7 year old with me. I absolutely will do business again and I thank you for your excellent service!

Please note this review is for the convertible MC Centennial only. I have owned my convertible Maserati MC Centennial in Rosso Magma for one year and I found this car to be the most amazing car I have ever owned I have owned many luxury, exotic cars over the years and I found this one is the most beautiful and exciting to drive. I think this car is the most underrated car in the world! This car is not about the numbers, it is about the soul, the luxury and the feeling it gives you when you drive it. I found the built quality to be above and beyond any other luxury brand in this price range and so far the reliability is bullet proof. If you are lucky enough to be able to afford a luxury car in this price range, you won't find a more practical, more fun and more beautiful exotic car to drive and to look at. Trust me when I tell you that once you own this car, you won't be able to enjoy any other. Everything is just plain and boring. Perhaps Ferrari and Lamborghini cars may be more exciting, but you will never be able to take your entire family with you!

Most people have some fears and doubts about buying a car from ANY car dealer, so buying one from a mostly internet-based dealership probably scares you to death! Well....knock it off. Seriously. These guys just....ROCK! I guess I'm a little more daring than some, because I felt fairly comfortable with the idea to begin with. Then after talking on the phone with Nick for about 2 minutes, it made me realize I was definitely in the right place. Bought a Tesla S coupe and the buying experience was phenomenal. I don't even know where to start about Nick. One of the most caring customer service oriented guys you will ever have the pleasure to buy a car from. He is seriously the best and most honest person I have EVER dealt with when buying a car. Now THAT is saying something! I WISH I COULD STEAL HIM FOR MY BUSINESS! He's right on top of everything and he is in constant contact making sure every single detail is being handled. When he says he's going to do something.....it's done. He has a wealth of knowledge and leaves nothing to chance. Before the transport truck loaded the car for delivery to GA he even did a walk-around video and sent it to me. The guy.......is good. Like I said, his attitude about customer service is truly remarkable. He even told me "When the car is delivered I don't care WHAT time it is...even midnight.....call me and tell me if you are happy with it." The Tesla arrived and EVERYTHING was just as described and promised. I'm LOVING this car and the experience with Private Collection Motors was BEYOND a 10+. I know. I Know. Hard to believe. Especially if you've had some of the experiences with "car salesmen" like I've had. I have nothing but great things to say about PCM. From my buying experience, I would recommend them to anyone. And the Tesla is pretty rockin' too!

The other day i had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat while on my way to work. Not only was Livermore Ford able to replace my tires within 3 hours they also provided me with a great price. I was quoted twice as much by two other tire shops. Julio at the front desk made it a simple process and even provide me with a shuttle to get to and from work for the day.

GTS is a real head turner and sounds awesome! Start up the 8 cylinder and listen to it growl. Comfortable cruiser. A Corvette owner stopped and said it was the best sound car. Great value!

Very beautiful aesthetic, exquisite interior atmosphere, engine sounds awesome (should scream even a little bit louder), rides and brakes beautifully. Road noise with 21'' wheels should be a little better. Roomy boot and interior, very nicely equipped and luxurious.
