For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

I spoke with Ashley over the phone. She was so helpful. She found me a car based on my needs. She went ahead and started the process over the phone for me, stay in contact with me about which day I could come etc. She made sure when I got there the guys that finished the process up for me knew I was coming etc. Walked in they was ready and knew exactly what I came for. I owned this car for several years and got a discount on it after I turned in a trade-in for it. I can say for the four years I owned it never gave me any issues. I kept up with the oil changes and rotated tires twice in the four years and it ran great. I had tan fabric interior but was able to find the perfect faux leather seat covers for it and the interior stayed pristine and new. This SUV drove us around all over the northeast and we loved it for our small family. Definitely recommend it!

Even though I love my car; there is only one thing that I do no like about is that it is hard to see diagonally. This is because the corners of the car form like a protection in case your car turns over. That is basically the one thing I do not like about my car, but I still love it!

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

I went to a few dealership on Saturday with my wife looking for a car for my college bound son. We were both impressed with Arko and how kind and easy going they were. A few places we went to didn't even bother to come out and say hello. When we told Arko we weren't looking to purchase quite yet he still gave us the same attention as he did when he thought he'd maybe have a sale that day. We will for sure be back.

This is by far the greatest and best used car dealership I've ever seen or experience. The staff are so professional and friendly.
