I bought a used 2008 Mazda MX-5 from Mike Del Buono at Premier Mazda. The whole process was very smooth. The car has been running great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.

Mazda Cape Cod, A Premier Company review
Alex Bates was knowledgeable professional and very accommodating. He and his mechanic were able to service my brake issues with new parts and labor all of which were covered under warranty in a very short period of time while I waited even though I was offered a free loaner vehicle. I was very appreciative for their skilled and competent assistance.

This is my second Mazda6 in a row and I have to say that Premier Mazda in Hyannis offers an exceptional, no hassle experience. They went above and beyond and lowered my payments. Mazda offers state of the art technology, craftsmanship, style, safety and performance and, I feel, is underrated and is in a class by itself. I absolutely love the Mazda6 and highly recommend Premier Mazda!! Thanks Jason, Hailey and Kevin for your dedication and for the experience!! I’ll see you again!

Flood Mazda review
I can’t say enough positive things about Flood Mazda and the staff there! This has been my BEST car buying experience ever, and I have purchased many cars throughout the years from a myriad of dealerships. Charlie was outstanding to work with in terms of his calm demeanor, patience, and follow through. I went to the dealership three times before buying my Mazda 6 and he was consistently courteous and did not pressure me, even when I was considering an entirely different vehicle. Jason always greeted me with a smile and helped to ease my car buying anxiety. Dave and Cody were also amazing on pick up day. Both spent a great deal of time going over details and helped to close the deal in a timely and stress free way. Russell was also extremely personable and helpful. Thank you for making my car buying experience simply awesome. I LOVE my new car and am so happy I chose FLOOD!!!

Ira Mazda review
John has always been very attentive, pleasant, and courteous during all of my visits. Anytime I need service, if I see John at Mazda, I immediately feel a sense of relief knowing that I?ll receive excellent service and help. I also really like the Ira Mazda Westwood location. It?s spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to work while your car is being serviced. There are charging outlets, complimentary drinks and snacks, and enough space to even bring your lunch and work while you wait. The location has large glass windows and doors, providing an excellent view of both the newer Mazda models and some of the older ones as well. Most importantly, I go there with confidence knowing that my car will be thoroughly checked with my safety in mind. The service team also provides a video showing the inspections and work performed before you check out, which gives me additional peace of mind and transparency. Overall, I?ve had a very positive experience with the team at Ira Mazda Westwood, and John has been especially helpful and reassuring throughout my visits.
