In today’s world, that kind of customer service is hard to find. My wife and I left feeling like we were treated with honesty, respect, and appreciation—not like we were just another sale. I went to look at a few of the cars in the Mazda line. I was looking for a ride that was very smooth. I was greeted by MJ Mohammed when I walked in. He was very relaxed, no pressure, willing to pull out any car I was interested in, took his time, was fairly knowledgeable, and took me on longer test drives than other dealers usually do. I didn’t experience any of the games I got at other dealers. I had written offers from other dealers for my trade in and the matched them, and still gave me a fair out the door pricing. The other staff I dealt with were professional and pleasant. I had no intention of buying the car that day, but they made the experience so smooth that I walked out with a new CX-90. I would definitely recommend them. There prices were better than several other Mazda dealers I had talked to early in the week. My only complaint was I wish the dealer had one particular model but they were out of stock. This is not their fault because I waited too long to come in and they sold the models I had looked at online earlier in the week. I highly recommend MJ Mohammed if you want to buy a new car.
