A Rare, Respectful, and Seamless Car-Buying Experience! Walking into Mazda White Plains, my guard was up. After past dealership experiences—including having my keys held hostage for a review, and salesmen trying to sneak hidden fees into the total price—I expected the worst. Baris Genc (Customer Experience Specialist) and Andrew Tomassetti (Business Manager) completely flipped the script. They were professional, transparent, and above all, "human." I knew what I wanted regarding my APY, loan terms, and trade-in value for my old Cobalt. While I had to advocate for myself, there was absolutely zero pushback. They willingly handed over copies of the warranty and the CarFax, gave me a fair trade value, and completely respected my boundaries when I declined the "extras"—no high-pressure tactics or guilt trips. Buying a car in NY while living in CT can be a headache, but they handled all the paperwork and explained the process seamlessly. I was out the door in just three hours. They never made me feel stupid or less-than for buying a Mazda CX-30. I highly recommend Mazda White Plains if you want a fair deal and an honest, respectful car-buying experience. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?

He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. I would highly recommend the car and the dealership.
