Everyone at Car Pros was great to deal with. My sales person Bob was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The sales manager Billy worked all the numbers and payments with me and made me feel comfortable the whole time explaining things step by step and Lisa is the finance manager who did my paper work was so sweet and easy to talk to and didn't try to up sell anything at all. Overall I am very pleased and will recommend Car Pros.

This car has exeeded all of my expectations. It is comfortable, quiet, and has great acceleration. All of the features, including radar cruise control and other electronic safety devices are awesome. To get these features in other cars you need to buy a top of the line package, but, in Mazda they are in all of them. I love my car.
The service department did a thorough job tracing an elusive problem that I brought up. Their attention to detail is what sets Corley's service department apart.

I did quite a bit of test driving and reading about the various cars and suvs in the similar segment. I was impressed by how far Mazda has come along to design and built good looking cars, engines, chassis, etc. The CX-5 is a 2.4 L 4 cylinder developing 185 hp. The interior design and quality is up market. The exterior design is smooth and sporty. The engine for its size and power is very peppy and responsive. The suspensions are stiff enough to give you great handling and making you feel like a semi sports car on rails. The model i bought was a Grand Touring variant which has a sports mode and also a trip Tronic gear box. The trip tronic gear box is sensitive to your input of up shifting or down shifting but half a second slower from our input. The sports mode is wild and makes the car up shift and down shift based on our tune of driving. The sports mode and the Trip Tronic shifting combined is pretty responsive. The automatic gear is pretty smooth. I also found the road noise is reduced, no wind noise as the cabin is well sound proofed. The engine grunt can be heard inside when the engine is revving at a higher rpm. The overall comfort is good, little bumpy since the suspensions are stiff. The fuel consumption is not the highest in the class and gave about 23.5 miles per gallon. This is should be fact that the engine is towards more responsive and quick compared to a economy mode engine. The 19 inch wheels with 255 size tyres adds to the handling. Overall, I am happy with the car and would recommend to anyone looking for a family suv/cross over that is powerful, conformable and handles well.

One of the good looking SUV with great driving dynamics. Interior is upscale premium. I am using this car in my everyday's commute and I am happy with this car.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. The car has met all of my needs. I am looking to start a family and it's a perfect fit for my needs. The trunk space is awesome! The car drives so smoothly and I love the standard settings including bluetooth and the reverse camera is amazing!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This is the second used Mazda CX-5 I've purchased, the first one I bought for myself and this one we bought for my wife. We are both happy with our CX-5s and the great value they present.
I have bought 2 cars from the Car-max in Albuquerque, NM. I have had a great experience both purchases and would highly recommend anyone shopping there. I appreciate the extra effort the manager made when my license would not scan because my dog got a hold of it. Thank you Car-manx

This is a very comfortable car that drives smoothly. The complaints I have are about the positioning of the dashboard features. It is surprisingly easy to hit the hazards accidentally. The lights don’t turn off automatically when you shut the car off so if you have been driving a car with that feature it takes some retraining. Perhaps the most worrisome discovery is that occasionally the stereo stays on after shutting of the car and if you don’t notice drains your battery. It is a nice car but some design issues.
Best car purchasing experience ever. Both the sales department and service depart go beyond the call of duty to give customers a wonderful experience.
University Volkswagen worked tirelessly to address my car repair needs. Charles Kimbell, along with the rest of the staff at University Volkswagen are a customer service focus dealership. The service department even top off my gas and wash my car. I really have come to enjoy getting to know the staff over time and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.
This Volkswagen dealership goes the extra mile repair and rectify even the most hard to diagnose issues.

I am very happy with their service. You need to make an appointment because they are busy. But they don't tack on all kinds of extras. They have been very honest from my experience.

Such a smooth drive. I drive a ton for work and I love the luxurious inner cabin. Great Bose sound system too. Great navigation system and blue tooth compatibility allows me to use Waze easily. As a realtor that is very important.
There is a major problem with their service department and that is that while you can make an appointment, they won't keep it. It is always first come/first serve. No matter what you do they will tell you that you have to leave your car. I tried several times in several ways to find out how I could make an appointment that would allow me to wait while the car was serviced, and no matter how I phrased it I got the same answer. You have to leave your car all day. In fact, just to make it worse, they said I really should arrive at 7:00 a.m. if I wanted to make sure that my car was serviced that day.
I live a far distance from Quality Mazda so I cannot do this unless I am willing to spend all day doing - well, I don't know what. And I have a problem that needs to be fixed. I made an appointment and did not find out until I drove all the way in to Albuquerque that they would not honor it. I made the appointment online. "Oh," I was told, "the online system will make an appointment whether or not there is someone available to work on your car." What?
I have never heard of this.
So be forewarned. Unless you can leave your car all day, their service department won't be any use to you. I will not be going there ever again, and it will make me think twice about buying a Mazda again. I may even trade this car in even though it is not a year old so I can buy something where the dealer has good service. My sister has a Toyota, and they have always serviced her car immediately even if she just drives in without an appointment.
Excellent vehicle. My favorite car so far.
