I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Mary made it a great experience. There was no pressure. She was very informative. Buying was an easy process. It still took some time to get the paperwork but better than a regular dealer.

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

This dealership is a great place to buy your new Mazda! Sergey, my salesman, was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. He went through all the details on how to use the car's many features and knew the answers to all of my questions. One very important thing: they didn't try to sneak any additional charges into the contract after we agreed on the price. Most car dealerships that I have bought from do this, but not Maita Mazda. This is one place that is thinking long-term and working to create a solid reputation and many happy, returning customers!

I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Came to this dealership while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. Although we did not necessarily find what we wanted, the experience was still positive. Friendly staff and very well stocked inventory of vehicles of all types. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

I recently purchased a used 2017 CX-5 Mazda and I LOVE everything about it. I have always been a Honda fan but after this purchase, I just like everything about it. It opened up new possibilities for the Mazda line. It is great on gas, especially for commuting. It is comfortable and there is a considerable amount of trunk/cargo space in the back. That in itself is a plus! I feel safe in this car and it is dependable.

I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).

By far the best Sub $40k vehicle I've ever owned. And I'm a UAW worker. Driving, Power, Interior material quality are top notch. Alot of soft touch materials.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

Test drove a used 2019 CX-5 two days ago and loved it. However, the exterior had a number of scratches and no sunroof, which is a must. Came home, looked online and found an immaculate 2018 CX-5 with only 31K miles at a Mazda dealer 70 miles away. Test drove it this morning and brought it home this afternoon. Smooth acceleration, quiet cabin, absorbs bumps nicely. Feels like driving a much more expensive care. Touring model gives you all the features you would expect in a much more expensive car. Looking forward to many years of driving comfort and enjoyment. PS Took a very critical friend with me to check out the car, and he had nothing but praise for it.

We brought our Toyota Camry Hybrid in for her yearly service. As always, I request Austin as our service advisor because she is always so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend her. Our car was done in less than 1.5 hours and everything went quickly and efficiently.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with. Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. I test drove the car and the car ran perfect no issues, I had a Carfax and it really was just perfect for me. The process of purchasing the car was smooth, easy, and didn’t take no time at all. I was able to purchase my dream car, the Mazda CX-5, and be able to drive home with a beautiful car. M&S Auto is a fantastic place to pick up a used vehicle. This post might get a bit long, so be warned about that. I had already been to 4 other local dealerships, Mostly the big brands. Honda x2, Toyota, and Volvo. I had almost an entire small notebook worth of notes on every car I had seen so far, but I was getting really tired of the whole process and I was ready to just call the whole vehicle search off. I stumbled on the M&S website at 7am, found a really nice Honda at a really nice price. I called them around 9:45am and told them I was coming to check out the car. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had already pulled the car out front, ready to go for review and a test drive. Brian was my sales guy, and let me tell you, this guy knows how to make the entire process completely stress free. I don't know whether it was because I showed up with a notebook, or because he just read me correctly or what, but he let the car do all of the talking, he answered every question I could possibly ask, and was up front about the entire process when I inquired about a trade in. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel any pressure, any manipulation, or any rapid fire double speak questions trying to get a feel for my budget. He was not pushing a sale onto me, we were working it out together. I can not emphasize enough how different that experience was to the other places I had been to. I had already completely walked away from 1 sale after the financing negotiations got hostile, so to have this level of meeting me on the same level, treating me like an equal really stood out to me. Brian was both my sales guy AND the guy that ran through my financing with me. This was also a big plus because I did not feel like I was being handed off to some finance sleezeball, instead Brian and I had already developed a certain amount of rapport and trust through the inspection and test drive process. The final thing I want to mention : I was standing out front for a long time during this whole process, and what I saw was that this dealership is a good place for people whom English might not be there first language. They had representatives for Spanish speaking customers and I believe one of the sales people I met was Slavic, so I bet they could accommodate almost anyone. 9/10 Buying Experience Would highly recommend to those looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I’m 72 and have owned many cars including jags, Volvo, bmw, ect this is the nicest, comfortable car I’ve had, l suspect that kept in good condition and serviced correctly it will last many years, if you are looking for a reliable, attractive, zippy car then this is for you, l test drove all the similar cars and the cx5 was the car for me.

I was able to drive some card and liked them but they didn't have exactly what I wanted. The salesperson is still looking for me though and stays in in contact. I like that

We bought our Mazda new after getting lemon law money back from a Ford Fiesta Fiasco. We love our Mazda and have had zero issues with it. At 107K miles now and runs great. We've only ever had to do normal maintenance on it and she still runs and looks great.
