Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?

Genuinely the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't planning to buy — a storm totaled my 2019 Mazda CX-5 and I suddenly needed a vehicle while working through an insurance settlement. Not the low-pressure situation you'd want to shop in. Koch 33 made it easy anyway. Jonathan Cofre (Product Specialist) was responsive, patient, and completely upfront about the car's actual specs, confirming the details in writing so I wasn't driving 45 minutes on a maybe. Everything he told me held true when I arrived. Bella Cuevas handled the business side and the 0% financing without a single hiccup or hidden add-on. What really set the tone, though, was hearing multiple employees speak highly of the owners — unprompted. That kind of thing tells you a business is well run and actually takes care of its people, and that carries straight through to how they treat you as a customer. 2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.
