Love this vehicle. Great for running errands around the city or long distant travel. Lots of room inside, passengers ride in comfort. Rear air conditioning is a necessity in Texas (controls in both front and second seating areas. Third row does not have its own control or vent but is not a problem. Great exceleration- very useful when passing on two lane country roads. Only two negatives I’ve experienced are 1. the outside rear view mirrors leave ’blind’ spots where I can loose sight of a person walking or riding a bike. The mirrors are attached to the windows instead of the frame. The windows are ’blacked out’ with plastic molding on the exterior and interior corners. I noticed this issue has been removed on the newer models. 2. I am only 5’2’ tall, when stepping up into the drivers seat is a little bit of a stretch since I have the seat adjusted to a higher setting than taller drivers. It’s only an issue if my back is bothering me. Get this vehicle fully loaded as it is an affordable luxury vehicle. I drive a GrandTouring AWD, towing package (I changed out the hitch to a larger one so I can transport 4+ bicycles or pull a jet ski) leather, power lift gate (which works with remote- nice to have when it’s raining and you are running to your car to load groceries), heated seats (to keep your take out food warm or to heat your own buns) and add remote start (so wonderful in HOT or cold temperatures). This is my second CX-9 the 2015 has less wind noise than the 2011.
Got an appointment next day to see about a burning smell with my car. Turned out to be a plastic grocery bag on my exhaust. Received an emergency call about my son in law while there. They were very helpful in rushing my car, so I could get to hospital. Will do all future car service with Hyundai of Kennesaw. Very professional and efficient.

This car met all of my needs. It has plenty of room. I love being able to play music and use my phone through the blue tooth. No cords! Very comfy vehicle. Perfect for what I needed!

It met all of my "requirements" plus some. I love how smart it is! It won't let me lock the keys inside. Or the mirror lights that show me when i car is next to me but also makes a noise if my turn signal is on! AMAZING! I'm still excited to drive it everyday even after making the first payment!
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price

We bought it used from a dealer. The navigation system sucks and we end up using apple maps. The gas mileage is not great but otherwise it is comfortable and prety reliable. We have had a few repair issues with the dealer
Went in to service for a oil change and, to have air put into my tire. Asked about a wash and vacum outcar . The service was carried out as requested. This service I received was very good. I will be back.

This was by far the best car I have ever had. The size is great, we have three kids all 5' and taller, with our oldest closing in on 6' and he still has room in the back middle seat. It is rough for him in the third row, but there is so much space in the rows in the middle that it's not bad at all. The seats are comfortable even being leather. Car has fantastic pickup, great turn handling, braking, etc. It fits all of us perfectly and we have great trunk space even with the third row seating up. Absolutely zero issues yet, nothing we've had to do except oil changes. Overall I rate this car a 9/10. And it's only a 9 because the third row doesn't have any AC vents, but the whole car cools off quickly, even in the hot South Carolina summer.
This is the third time I have bought a car from MOGF and will continue to make them my first stop when ready to buy. Process was easy and they made a point to respect my time and not have me at the dealership waiting on them. Happy to recommend them.
I've owned the car for only 3 weeks.

Well built. Excellent traction and acceleration, driver view, room, leather quality in all seats, nice panel displays, drives like a car, gas mileage not great.
I purchased a used car from Grand Motorcars on 11/29/18 and I must admit it was a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly but I was to take time to single out Janice Curry. Janice was patient as she worked with me and provided answers to all of my questions/concerns. She certainly made my buying experience very pleasurable. I???m excited to drive away in my new used car. I???ll be back to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you!

We've had two of these cx9's by Mazda. Unfortunately we were hit by someone in our 1st one and had to go get another. We did not want a different model so we ended up getting the same
one because we liked it so much. I can say even though insurance totaled it that it protected us well when we were hit by someone going over 40mph and walked away including our two children. We feel safe driving it and it has been highly reliable so far.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

This car fits the family well, and is a great vehicle for the price point. Good value, and has plenty of options.
The facilities appear simple to some other dealerships I visited recently. The sales person was great. He sold me on the features of the car. But finance or sales manager did not seem to want to entertain my offer. He seemed insulted.
I absolutely love my CX9.

I feel that I got the most vehicle for the price. The only feature that I would ask for would be a remote start factory installed.
Very professional and knowledgeable sales team. Did not waste time for negotiation, direct to the point and possible proposal. Could have saved time by scheduling time for paperwork but it was smooth and quick.
