After 15000 km, it is my second time at the garage for a turbo issue. First time, it took over a week to repair the car and they had to realign the car. Second, I will knoe more next week.
They had a lot of turbo problems with the cx-7, i fear it will be the smae with the new CX9.

Love this vehicle. Great for running errands around the city or long distant travel. Lots of room inside, passengers ride in comfort. Rear air conditioning is a necessity in Texas (controls in both front and second seating areas. Third row does not have its own control or vent but is not a problem. Great exceleration- very useful when passing on two lane country roads. Only two negatives I’ve experienced are 1. the outside rear view mirrors leave ’blind’ spots where I can loose sight of a person walking or riding a bike. The mirrors are attached to the windows instead of the frame. The windows are ’blacked out’ with plastic molding on the exterior and interior corners. I noticed this issue has been removed on the newer models. 2. I am only 5’2’ tall, when stepping up into the drivers seat is a little bit of a stretch since I have the seat adjusted to a higher setting than taller drivers. It’s only an issue if my back is bothering me. Get this vehicle fully loaded as it is an affordable luxury vehicle. I drive a GrandTouring AWD, towing package (I changed out the hitch to a larger one so I can transport 4+ bicycles or pull a jet ski) leather, power lift gate (which works with remote- nice to have when it’s raining and you are running to your car to load groceries), heated seats (to keep your take out food warm or to heat your own buns) and add remote start (so wonderful in HOT or cold temperatures). This is my second CX-9 the 2015 has less wind noise than the 2011.
Matt is a great sales guy. We purchased three Subaru's within a year. We absolutely love our Subaru's and Matt is our go to guy. He is patient and answers all your questions. Event after you leave if you have questions he will respond promptly. I would definitely recommend Matt and this dealership.

I love everything about this car! Only thing better would be if it got 20 miles to the gallon. Mazda's a very reliable cars and this is the first one I have had and I don't think it will be my last!
I have to say my experience at 2mannys was great!..the guys there wer extremely helpful..wich wer able to get me the vihicle i wanted..I would defitnitly recomend 2mannys to anyone thats looking for a vehicle..

We had a series of minivans, which I liked for the versatility, but my wife said no more. The CX-9 was eye-opening in how great a utility vehicle could drive. We have had absolutely no issues in 120,000 miles and it still drives like new.
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

Well built. Excellent traction and acceleration, driver view, room, leather quality in all seats, nice panel displays, drives like a car, gas mileage not great.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

This is my second CX9. I got the new redesigned one because I loved my old one and the new look is awesom. They really hit the nail on the head with this new redesign. The CX5 is also super cute. Mine is also so much fun to drive. I wish Mazda had a bigger version or a cool looking mini van.

We were looking for something with more space but not quite the size of a full size SUV. This car is the perfect fit, it has 3 rows, with enough space for adults in all 3 rows, and all 3 rows are very comfortable to sit in. It has the higher profile we were looking for, the ride is very smooth, and it's a very fin car to drive. It has AWD, and the Entertainment system is reliable, easy to use, and the best I have ever seen in a car. The only negative is that the gas milage is lower that that of it's competitors, but considering it's reliability, and everything you can get for the price compared to it's competitors, it is well worth it.
Larry gave me the immediate impression everything would work out well, I believe it will, Ed the manager also gave me that impression and it has. Carlos, convinced me the extended warranty would be a good investment. Although the vehicle rides beautifully, it's nice knowing any problems will be covered.

This car has been an excellent family car for us with the easily accessible 3rd row. For having a 3rd row, the SUV does not seem overly large and performs well in all driving conditions with the AWD. I have always said how comfortable the vehicle is on long road trips. Great SUV!!!

Currently leasing. I have nearly 50k on it, with no significant issues. There is an occasional squeaking from the rear suspension. Fuel economy in mostly highway driving is 24 mpg. The car is very fun to drive for it's size. I'm a Mazda fan; if you enjoy driving, this is the suv for you. The car is a real head-turner; probably the best looking seven passenger suv. I have the signature series, so my comments apply to that trim model. The Bose sound system is exceptional. I'm an audiophile and musician, and I can say that I've never heard such an in-car sound system. Although I'm tall, I'm thin, so the seat width is fine for me. However, if you're broader in the beam, you might find the front seats too narrow. My only real complaint is that the front seat needs the ability to tilt. More thigh support would be good, too. That being said, I've driven 12-hour trips without fatigue. I have no doubt that there are better suv's, but I think that the cx-9 is a real value. My understanding is that my minor complaints regarding the front seat have been addressed.
Low pressure sales and clean and friendly atmosphere, nice selection of cars to choose from people where very knowledgeable and helpful
The most fun to drive crossover I could find.

I purchased this car over a year ago as a certified dealer demo. I had been driving Subarus and other SUV's. The Subarus have uncomfortable seats. The CX-9 has very comfortable seats, great driving dynamics. Plenty of power with the turbo and the most quiet car I have owned. It is also a beautiful design especially in Soul red.
It was a pleasure to get my new suv CX5 GT from Wayne Mazda. Thanks James you help me a lot to get a good deal.

We bought it used from a dealer. The navigation system sucks and we end up using apple maps. The gas mileage is not great but otherwise it is comfortable and prety reliable. We have had a few repair issues with the dealer
This is the 3rd SUV that I leased from Wayne Mazda and the second lease that I worked out with James Vrindten. I requested James as my sales consultant this time because of the great service I got on my last deal. James was as helpful and courteous as the last time we worked together if not more so. He got me into another lease for close to what I paid on my last one. I can't realistically expect more than than.

This was by far the best car I have ever had. The size is great, we have three kids all 5' and taller, with our oldest closing in on 6' and he still has room in the back middle seat. It is rough for him in the third row, but there is so much space in the rows in the middle that it's not bad at all. The seats are comfortable even being leather. Car has fantastic pickup, great turn handling, braking, etc. It fits all of us perfectly and we have great trunk space even with the third row seating up. Absolutely zero issues yet, nothing we've had to do except oil changes. Overall I rate this car a 9/10. And it's only a 9 because the third row doesn't have any AC vents, but the whole car cools off quickly, even in the hot South Carolina summer.
Easiest new vehicle purchase I've ever experienced.

This was my first time and Paramus Jeep and I can say that it will not be my last. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Jay the sales manager and introduced to Jerome the salesman. Right away they explained all possibilities I had to keep me within my monthly payment limit. Numerous times throughout the process Jay stopped over to insure it was going smoothly. Jerome expedited the process knowing I had limited time to complete the purchase and I cannot be more happy about my new Jeep. I had under 80K on my 2014 Mazda CX-9 and the engine had to be completely replaced. I take exceptional care of my vehicles. This was extremely disappointing and an enormous cost to swallow. I bought this car for it's reliability. Mechanic said that he has seen this happen on a few of these.
I have to say it is one thing to expect good customer service, but to actually receive it from start to finish when doing anything in 2018 is extremely rare to come across anymore. After entering the dealership I headed towards the customer service desk and looked over and met an associate named Fabian, after greeted with a smile and a how can I assist you, I shortly realized that he was not a sales person, but he immediately set myself up with Robert (Rob) to be assisted. I sat down, told Rob exactly what I was looking for and he complelty came through without hesitation. He set my trade-in up immediately with the previously owned manager to be able to give me a fare trade in on my current car. Rob had no issues with me wanting to look at multiple different cars. I was not rushed in anyway and was treated with the upmost respect. When I realized that my husband could not be there in time to sign the final papers on my new discovery that day (as we had family coming in and I needed a bigger vehicle right away) without hesitation Rob immediately offered to have the car delivered to my home that evening by himself personally and would bring all the paperwork with so we would have our new SUV that day. If that doesn't scream above and beyond excellent customer service I dont know what does. A huge thank you to Rob for his outstanding work and every single associate that I came into contact with. We've owned our Mazda for some time and it has never left us down. She is 7 years old and still drives like a new car. Mechanically its been perfect with no issues (FWD model has no transfer case problems). MPG has been around 25 if you drive it under 70MPH, which is pretty good considering the size of the vehicle. Recently while I had the car in for service I was given a NEW Turbocharged 2017 CX-9 Signature as a loaner. I loved all the doo-dads inside but the engine was a major let down. Mazda needs to continue offering a V6 of some sort and not a small 4 cylinder that gets WORSE MPG than a large V6 and passing power of the turbo 4 has left me puzzled, why would you go backwards Mazda ? V6 sounds pleasing reving up even to redline. If Mazda offered the new 9 with the old V6, I would probably purchase another CX9. At this rate I will keep driving the old version which I enjoy much more - as a car enthusiast, plus its paid for.
