Post warranty issue was handled by Service manager Rich. I received great help on taking my car problem all the way up to Mazda headquarters. So Mazda agreed to cover 2/3 for replacement of a very costly part and associated labor! Great Experience!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
The people here are so nice and will do everything to help you find the car that works for you and in your price range. As a first time car buyer I had an amazing experience getting a car. I was looking at originally at a Jeep Compass and ended up getting a Nissan Rogue. I am much more happy with this choice gas millage wise then the compass. I visited the Thayer dealership at the invitation of Mike McCool.
Mike was cordial, prepared, friendly and did not pressure me.
My vehicle had too much negative equity to qualify for the bank to finance when added to the next vehicle but, Mike and the management staff tried their best to make it happen.
For someone with a more normal situation, I am sure that the outcome would have been win-win.
I received a follow-up letter from the dealer principal, thanking me for stopping in and offering to help in any way he could.
I feel very good about this dealership; their integrity and commitment to their customers.

The staff at suburban are all professionals. Jeffrey cawood manager is truly a asset to the team there. My salesman dean is the best. He works with you to get into a car that fits your needs.
