I bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 from this dealership. The purchase process was simple and Joe was courteous. They let me take my time checking out the vehicle and answered all my questions and and didn’t pressure me into anything. The process was smooth and transparent no over pricing or hiding fees , and I felt comfortable doing business here it felt like a family , Like any used truck, there were a few things to be aware of, but they were upfront about the vehicle. This car has had 0 problems with 80,000 miles 2012. Keeping it in the family. Will be my daughter's first car. Interior not cheaply made have had a few things break on my like vanity mirror but nothing big and it is 8 years old

Tom Dickinson, Chris, Debbie & many others were there to do whatever they could for me. They were kind, patient & understanding. I felt like I knew Tom my whole life, when I left. And I have poor credit. Call these ppl & they’ll work w/you. I’d give 11 stars if I could, but 5 is the top, so they get it!! I’m so happy!! They helped me make my dream come true. And I want to thank my daughters too & my son in law Erick. None of this wldve been possible w/o their help as well. 😁

Excellent car. Runs great. Very good gas mileage MPG at: 24/30/27. Handles well, does great on Interstate highways at 80 MPH. Peppy for a 4-cyl.

just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I went to a few dealership on Saturday with my wife looking for a car for my college bound son. We were both impressed with Arko and how kind and easy going they were. A few places we went to didn't even bother to come out and say hello.
