No joke they literally returned $700 to me due to an error my lender made that I nor my lender would have ever noticed had they not brought it to my attention. Prior to the sale they also delivered the car to my choice inspection shop 10 mins away with no hassle, then covered the one issue found prior to the sale. I negotiate for a living and know my way around a car so I was ready for some serious haggling but the entire process was no xx. The price out the gate was more than fair, the car was in proper condition and they addressed every single one of my concerns promptly for over a week via messenger, texting, email and phone. 2012 Mazda Mazda5 review
I installed a hitch that i bought on Amazon for $120 and can carry 3 bikes on the back and can haul a 10 ft kayak in the back with a hitch Tee bar extension I use. I also had a trailer light kit installed so can pull a kayak trailer too. I bought the 5 new in 2012 and have 115k miles. It is super reliable and I use it to haul the family, bikes, and kayaks.

We found a [surprisingly] sought-after example of a Honda Element at Midwest Auto, for our son - four hours away from our home. A 22yr old car, with over 100k miles on the odo. I expected a decent car with some issues, for what I paid. Instead, I got the cleanest Vtec the local, mobile mechanic had ever seen. He climbed all over that car for 1.5 hours and thoroughly drove and code tested it - both past/recent codes and “likely fail” codes. I have a four year old, bought-new minivan that wouldn’t have tested that clean. I drove the four hours home with no trepidation whatsoever. I feel like I stole this car. The mechanic told me that he sees a lot of “good cars” come out of Midwest. Not only was the sale easy, no-pressure and quick, (as we knew what we wanted), they were accommodating and incredibly friendly. I’ve owned a lot of cars and after what I experienced, I would buy from this dealer sight-unseen and ship with no fear. ANY used car WILL have some issues - new ones do now! - but this one doesn’t need anything but what anyone should do for any car. It’s getting a fresh alignment and a new battery. That’s it. This is easily the cleanest decades-old ride I’ve ever bought. Five stars.
