I previously owned a Mini Cooper and would have purchased another but my experience with the Mini/BMW service department was so negative that it persuaded me to buy a different car. This was my first service appointment at Mazda for my Mazda 3. Easy appointment set up, emailed reminder, car was taken at the exact time of my appointment and the maintenance done in the time it was told me it would take. Waiting room very comfortable with snacks. Great price - competitive with independent oil change/tire sales chain stores. Great experience. As long as it continues I plan to continue my service at Mazda even after no longer under warranty.
My wife and I bought a really nice 2016 Mazda CX-5 yesterday from this dealership. We couldn???t be happier with the car and also the quality of service provided to us. Our sales person was Juan Pizarro and he was great. He took the time to show us multiple cars until we were satisfied with one. Also being a military veteran I was more than happy to have Juan, who is also a military veteran, as my sales person. And I thank him for his service. As I stated before, the entire staff was outstanding. From the sales person all the way to management and finance. Everyone worked with us to assure that we were happy with the car and pricing. Juan is an amazing salesperson! Juan has worked with us before and he is always efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He provides the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. If my family were to ever need a car we will definitely go back to see Juan to make it happen. The dealership has a great atmosphere, they provide refreshments and have movies playing as well as magazines for you to read while you are waiting. All the employees are kind and always have a smile on their faces. Daniel was also great in getting all the necessary paperwork filled out. He was also very kind and helpful in answering any questions! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!

Not a huge fan a car dealerships. For the usual reasons: Pushy sales people, Hidden Fees, and the back and forth that seems to go on forever until you are so worn down that you just crawl out the door or buy a car to end the misery. Keith Miller and Florida Fine Cars are the exception to the rule. Professional, up front and no haggling. Keith and the dealership get my highest recommendation!!!! ?

I'm a single mom and I dread buying a new car. Had a great experience with Tevin. He was not pushy, answer my 50 questions with patience, The sales manager Ben was really helpful in finding the right car. The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.
Honestly I???ve always hated salesmen but Tevin was amazing! He wasn???t pushy at all and helped me find the perfect car. The only thing holding me back was my trade wasn???t free and clear, however his manager Ben assured me they would make it work and get me into the car I wanted. A little while later I met with Gil not only was Ben right about making it work but Gil was able to get me an interest rate much lower then I was expecting and even a lower payment then I was paying on my previous car. We had the pleasure today of visiting Mazda of West Palm Beach and it was a wonderful experience. Specifically, we came to look at a 2016 Mazda CX-5. The dealership is clean, inviting and easy to find but the biggest reason you have to go is the sales team. Specifically, we had the chance to meet John or "JD" as he prefers to go by and it was an absolute pleasure. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth sales professional that I or my wife have ever interacted with. He was not pushy in the slightest and was able to answer all of our questions in great detail. Purchasing a car is a big decision and it is invaluable to have someone like him in your corner.

After a long day of car shopping you never know what you???re going to get from a dealership. Stives made the car shopping experience smooth and painless! He was genuine from the beginning with our best interest in mind. I felt like I could trust him when he said he was offering the best possible deal. Honestly, I didn???t not think I could afford a brand new car! But Stives explained Hyundai???s new lease program and I found that I could actually walk away with a beautiful brand new car with an unbeatable warranty. The whole experience was excellent from Stives to his manager to their accounting person???all wonderful, kind people. I???m so excited to have joined the Hyundai family of Coconut Creek!
My experience was okay but certainly not what I experienced at another dealership recently. The dealership was not flexible and made me jump through hoops to purchase the car.
