We brought the car in for a check-over after a - hmmm - 'road-side adventure. Smail crew gave it a thorough examination and a clean bill of health. Then they put on our sno-tires, balanced them, and did an alignment. Typical Smail treatment.
I came into #1 Cochran Subaru in Monroeville with a trade that I was upside down in payments. My Sales Consultant Harry "Good News" Gossnell was phenomenal. He was very through with describing the features and functionality of our future car, and at the same time had financing running numbers and working on our best deal for my trade and incentives. Harry has made the "dealership" car buying experience an excellent one (honestly, not getting paid to write this review). I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and feel I was well taken care of and was provided all of the information I requested in a timely manner. I went to #1 Cochran Subaru after I saw 3 cars I was interest in. When I arrived I was greeted by Harry Gosnell. I thought what my terms for a new car were impossible. I explained to Harry the amount I wanted to stay below and that I had no money for a down payment and will just be using my car as a trade in. Again, I thought my terms were impossible. He sat me down and we discussed the 3 cars I was interest in and options for paying. We were able to eliminate 1 car based off of that information. He then showed me the specs for the 2 cars I was considering and I chose a car to test drive. This was the 3rd car I would be buying new. I have NEVER had a test drive as good as the one Harry gave me. He made sure I was able to experience all the features the car had. Once we got back we drove up to the other car and I immediately knew I did not want to look at the other car. We sat back down to start the paper work and I began to have a ton of anxiety about what my payments would be and my options would be. Harry was so thorough about my options and I decided to lease. I have never leased a car and I always thought that it was not economical but he explained that now a days leading is different and it is much more common and in the buyers favor now. We completed the paperwork and he came back to tell me what they would give me for my trade in. #1 Cochran Subaru was more than generous with what they offered me. After that he came back with my payment option for leasing. Again I thought my terms were impossible and I never told Harry my exact terms just that I wanted to stay a certain dollar amount which was the max amount I could afford and I really didn???t want anything that high. Harry came back with exactly almost to the dollar what would be my perfect terms. I was thrilled. I also want to note that I did not want to get a new car at all. I loved my 2009 Subaru Impreza but it was on its last leg so I was very unhappy about having to get a new car. From the moment I walked in and met Harry I was no longer unhappy about getting a new but now was extremely excited. If you are in the market for a new car and you think your terms maybe impossible to meet I can simply tell you not to worry at all and see Harry Gosnell at #1 Cochran Subaru and he can make anything work for you.

all associates were very attentive to my presence on a busy day. they are professional under duress,[the place was packed] spent some time, met new people, and drove out with a 2014 outlander, discovered on there web site Brian Sten led me through the process like i'm family as did Tracy Goodwin, thanks guy's ! ps thanks to the boss for the new cap.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. NICK was my salesman. I would recommend him all the time. Work with me taking the time to explain everything also going over all the tricks and new stuff the vehicle is capable of doing with it being a new 19 tundra.
Basically made a deal over the phone, even my trade which needed a major repair. He encouraged me not to have the repair done and gave me the most of any other dealers for my trade! When i got there, over 90 miles away, there was no surprises! He knew where I needed to be with my payment and that is the payment that I received. Very friendly staff. The car was even better than I expected! This is a dealer that is truly there for the customer. If you are looking for a vehicle, give them a try!!
