2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

2016 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class review
Sl400 is really a great car, comfortable, fast, reliable, well put together, little low to the ground so a little harder to get in and out of but once inside the car you don’t feel like it low and lot of room inside, love this car.

AutoNation Subaru Spokane ValleyReviews
AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley review
We just purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley about a week ago. The Sales Associate had the vehicle we were scheduled to look at and test drive already pulled up front when we arrived. We completely switched gears and looked at a different one on our list and the SA was very accommodating. He pulled the other up for us to test drive instead, and then had us stop at another AutoNation location to test drive a different one we were interested in, which definitely saved us time. He printed up the CARFAX for both vehicles and didn't pressure us to stick around and buy one. We checked out a few others elsewhere and decided we liked the second vehicle he test drove with us. He was helpful through the process of the purchase and was polite even though he had to stay late for us to finalize things. We appreciated that AutoNation gave us a good price for our trade-in and has a no-haggle price* for the vehicle they sell. Constructive Criticism: 1) The test drives seemed a little long & we would have preferred a shorter drive as we were on a schedule. 2) *During closing, we were surprised by a ~$749 charge for adding a protective coating inside and out (that we didn't ask for) + 3-year protection that had been added to the total, which seemed at first that we couldn't decline or remove from the total cost, however we got that cleared up. 2) We also thought the "NEGOTIABLE DOCUMENTARY SERVICE FEE" was actually negotiable, but were told that it was not. It should not be listed as negotiable, if it isn't. 3) Lastly, we paid $279 for LIC/TITLE/REG and later found out that we could have asked to keep our license plate (in WA) to transfer to our new car and would have saved quite a bit (~$168+). This was frustrating to learn after the fact as I liked our license plate # & the plates were perfectly fine, so would've been no problem to do this. Lastly, we had our car checked out and found something about the tires that had been overlooked considering it is an AWD, so contacted the dealership and they completely made it right, which impressed us. Overall, AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley runs a good operation and we would buy from them again.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.

BMW of Spokane review
Lucas provided an outstanding experience throughout the vehicle purchase process. His attention to detail, authenticity, and professionalism were evident from start to finish. He conducted himself with integrity and care, and was a true gentleman in every interaction. In an era where many transactions feel impersonal and purely online, this experience stood out as genuinely human and thoughtful. I felt truly valued and well cared for as a customer. Lucas, his colleague, and the entire BMW team went above and beyond expectations by delivering the vehicle directly to my location, taking significant time away from their workday, and making me feel welcomed as part of the BMW family. I am sincerely grateful to Lucas and the BMW team for such an exceptional and memorable experience.
2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I bought this truck new and it's been great. I have 70,000 trouble free miles on it. My first and only real expense so far was the emergency brake. You have to take the rear axle out to fix it, the line sags eventually on all of them. It was almost a grand but included changing the rear differential which needed to be done anyway. other than that this truck is the best I've owned. I get great gas mileage (25 on the highway) it looks great, minimal rust in 7 years, no complaints.

Autonation Honda Spokane Valley is an amazing dealership. Both the sales and service teams are great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They have earned my trust and I will continue to do business with them for a long time. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and love the Honda brand. I recommend anyone from Spokane going there when then decide to purchase their next Honda vehicle.
2017 Subaru Forester review
The Forester is a great value. It is roomy yet extremely nimble. Our average fuel economy is 30mpg with plenty of power. It has great visibility with no blind spots. The all wheel drive works well. It is great when you have to drive in bad weather. My only complaint is dealership service costs seem high, even for routine services. Independent garages have more reasonable costs. There have been no major repairs needed on our Subaru. We were a Honda family ( 20+ yrs) so changing to the Subaru was a big deal. We were not disappointed.

My family is very happy with the new ride and i am pleased with the experience of working with autonation!

2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I purchased my 2018 Silverado LT Z71 crew cab, 5.4 litre V8 in April of 2018 as a business vehicle with the express purpose of towing a 5x10 trailer (1000+ lbs.) 20+ weekends per year. The majority of the time, the truck sits in my driveway until I need to pull the trailer. Even with the trailer and truck bed fully loaded down, and using Trailer Mode, the truck performs flawlessly. It had 16 miles on the odometer when I drove it off the dealership lot. Granted, I have driven it for a couple of 300 mile trips to the coast and back, but other than that, it's only used for business. It has never been driven hard. The 4 wheel drive works incredibly well. As of today, 8-25-2026, the odometer has 43,356 actual miles on it. I have lovingly maintained the truck since purchasing it, with regular and routine oil changes, tire rotation and chassis lube when needed. It has been the best vehicle that I have ever owned. I always get the same reaction from the CSR's at the dealership where I purchased it when I bring it in - "You don't drive this truck much do you?" - Always makes me smile. My daily driver is a 2016 GMC Canyon V6, which has been shown the same amount of love and care. The only issue it has ever given me, is a programming issue with the touchscreen, but a factory reset fixed that issue.

Top notch service from everyone I dealt with. Jacob, Pauline, and Lucas. Not my local dealership as I live outside of the Spokane area, but the level of service and follow up from all involved in the transaction made the experience easy and hassle free. Will use them again in the future.
2024 Kia Sorento review
bought a 2024 Sorento xline cpo after a couple of fixes ie., rear air shocks and backup camera was showing green only, the service dept. finally took care after 4 chances. im going to change the low profile tires as soon as I can for a smoother ride. o do love the car. Very sharp and drives nicely with all the creature features. 5 ✨

2008 Dodge Charger review
I bought mine in 08- I still have it and drive it daily. She’s starting to show her age a little bit ( so am not I) have only had her in the garage 2x with an issue. The gas pedal box went bad and have had shocks replaced 3x guess that’s simple maintenance though. The only thing I have really had to change about every 3 years is brake pads . After all these years. She’s fast as xxxx and runs great ! aBEST CAR IVE EVER HAD .

AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley review
Very good experience with all the sales people we encountered. We asked for certain concessions and they "bent over backward" to try to accommodate our requests. It is our second Suburu from Autonation and we were familiar with their service department as well. That made returning to Autonation and Suburu for our next car easier! My only concern was that a front license plate bracket was added to the car bumper without our knowledge and will need to be removed and added to a more stable location on the grill, leaving unsightly drill holes in the bumper. Overall very good experience with Autonation Suburu , we recommend them!

Eric was more than accommodating when helping me for a month he emailed me back right away. I didn't have a car so finding a way to get to CDA was a hassle I let him know my problem and he came and picked me up in the car I was interested in made the whole experience in buying a car so much fun!!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Great car, bought 2 new cars at gateway Chevy in Fargo, I would not recommend it! No call back on the vehicle to see how they are doing, also the person who referred us there never got the $100 dollar referral money despite numerous calls. What an amazing place to buy a new vehicle from. Loved working with Jared and Tyson. Even in this difficult market they were able to get me hooked up with the vehicle of my dreams and at a highly competitive price. Super responsive and was able to get daily updates on the status of my vehicle. They were watching out for me every step of the way. Jared was super courteous and was looking out for me and my time at every opportunity. Can't say enough, but I will definitely be back for any future vehicle purchases
2013 Toyota Tacoma review
Truck was a champ. Mileage slightly less than advertised but still decent. Felt like sitting in a lifted car but was smooth on oilfield goat trails and held up real well saving gas compared to other full-size trucks. I think the fake hood scoop was xxxxxxxx but otherwise a great truck. 4x4 in mud snow and icy roads was excellent. Real reliable truck.

AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley review
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making the process a great one. For the most part, everything went seamlessly, which made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. Matt and Wes helped us secure a great deal, Mindy worked with us to get great rates, and John patiently walked us through the financial details to wrap everything up. And we can’t forget James, who spent a full hour showing us all the features and functions our new vehicle has to offer! What stood out most was how each person took the time to make us feel valued and cared for, not just as customers, but as people. Everyone played their part in making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience. You’ve set the bar high, and we truly appreciate you all!
2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature before they were gone and no longer available because I really like that this car though not perfect and to some people kind of dated in design and execution but to me is full of good elements that future cars including the 2026 CX-5 will lack. Exterior styling that does not get old quickly and still looks good without being too flashy. A great interior that looks and feels premium with quality soft touch materials throughout. An engine ( Turbo ) and transmission (Not a CVT!!!) combo that makes driving a pleasure. The way the suspension is setup is another thing about this car that makes me want to go for a ride any chance I get. The meaty steering feel , not over assisted and numb. This is a compact SUV that shouldn't feel this enjoyable to drive but it does. You sit a bit higher and taller in the saddle and have a good view ahead and around you with the nice large mirrors and 360 cameras . When my wife is riding next me enjoys the view. The wind shield is not too big and far away and steeply raked which is easier to clean inside and doesn't heat the interior up. The controls some might call old fashioned or retro but as far as I am concerned you just cannot improve on dedicated knobs and buttons for hvac and interor functions and the well placed controls on the steering wheel, drivers door and center consol ( The large control dial and volume knob are perfect!). And who doesn't love a good old shifter with a nice looking leatherette boot at the bottom of it retro but in a good way! Yes ok the the gauge cluster isn't over the top with flashy effects and the infotanment setup and screen size are dated but for me that's a good thing. I don't need too much tech or too much screen, this is more than enough for me, Call me an old fashioned nerd but I prefer books to screens anyday! The Bose stereo sounds good but isn't mind blowing just a good step up from the base unit. This feels like a very well sorted out and put together vehicle. You get in it and drive. No fiddling fumbling and adjusting this and that . You get in adjust your seat and mirrors and go. The pure enjoyment of just how well this car behaves in my hands makes me enjoy driving it. It feels tight and solid with a firm ride that tames rough roads well without being too floaty or harsh and punishing. I think it's a very good balance that rewards the drivers with good driving dynamics and fun. The brakes are solid, competant and feel right from the get go and take no getting used to. The turbo engine is really torquey and doesn't need to be over rev'd to get it to pull. It has a nice sound without sounding silly. Gas milage is not the best but I figured that to be and accept it. The tranny works well with engine. It is smooth and does what a good transmission should do almost invisably with no clunkiness or gear hunting. The CX-5 interior is nice comfortable ( and dare I say somewhat elegant and classy ) the dark Caturra brown nappa leather seats with contrasting stitching and perferations for heating front and back and cooling in the front look beautiful and myself and my passengers find very comfortable. The rest of the interior is mostly black with real wood trim ( Who does that anymore) The interior is quiet with no sqeeks rattles or road noise (so far)! Rear seat room is enough far the average sized person. And the trunk space considering the vehicle size is fine. All cars cost way too much now but what you get for the money I really think when compared to other compact SUV's is a good value and the quality fit and finish (Made in Japan!) doesn"t feel cheap. I only gave the reliability rating 3 stars because this would be better answered in say 5 years. I am a first time Mazda owner and having commited to older (proven) technology in a changing turbulant world ( ICE engine not Hybrid or EV) I can only hope that this purchase plays out well.........Fingers crossed and happy motoring Zoom Zoom!

Very nice interior & “miscellany” exterior. What more you want …. 500+ HP, seldom seen & when servicing never missed, easily surpasses 100,000 miles. Yup, a car that can play with a myriad of other rides & kick some but of 99% of other rides!!
