I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. The customer service is top tier. Thanks again everyone! We want to especially thank Dave Cooke for his WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was such a pleasure working with him.
