PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) This car has been absolutely amazing. No issues with it what so ever only regular maintenance like oil changes and replacing tires. Bought the car 6 years ago with 32,000 miles or so on it and now have 210,000 give or take. I’ve used it to commute, to travel, to run errands, anything you could imagine. Wouldn’t trade this car for the world. It drives incredibly, performes great, and is beyond reliable, not to mention it’s a good looking car too.

I’m a GM customer but for some unknown reason I was focused on the 2020 Acura RLX SH. As I looked around for a purchase I quickly realized that they weren’t easy to find locally. I was reluctant to go to small lots because of all the stereotypes but they had the car I wanted and Bo responded quickly to my internet search.During the test drive I made the decision to buy if I could arrive at a satisfactory price.I had it all written out on a notebook the price I was willing to pay and the taxes the only thing I didn’t figure in was the prep fee we basically split the difference and closed the deal.I financed part of the car and got a good rate.Bo was great I told him I didn’t want any pressure and I received none.
