I had the best and worry less experience with this dealership, it took only 2 hours since I stepped in till I left wit my brand new Mercedes Benz, Ali, the sales representative is wonderful, He is so welcoming and kindly found the exact car to my taste and an awesome test drive experience over the best view of Long Beach and ocean, found a GREAT deal and negotiate pricing and conditions, David, the sales manager was really generous, he generously added an extra deal and made it even greater for me, the whole process of documentation and contract went so smooth and fast and they clearly described and clarified all terms and numbers, car delivered clean, shiny with no detailed missed and Ali went trough all features and described them patiently, the other five star thing was that they DIDN'T try to sell any additional non sense and I REALLY appreciate that, I'm so happy with my new Mercedes Benz and highly recommend all my friends and family to go to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for their next car buying,

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.
