Mercedes-Benz of Long BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
We purchased a used 2016 Toyota Corolla from Mercedes Benz of Long Beach last night. From my first email interaction with the online sales contact, Isabel, through the sales process over a few days with Steve, they treated us like royalty as if we were purchasing a brand new $60K Mercedes from them. I would highly recommend this dealer for a professional and pleasant buying experience!

I saw a Subaru outback onyx edition on car gurus. I message that I was interested in the car and. Danny Nguyen called me right away. I made arrangements to go the next day. He gave me a price for my car to trade in. He answered all my questions and didn?t give me the runaround. He was very polite and didn?t try to push me into the sale. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I would definitely go there again.

Mercedes-Benz of Long BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
I had the best and worry less experience with this dealership, it took only 2 hours since I stepped in till I left wit my brand new Mercedes Benz, Ali, the sales representative is wonderful, He is so welcoming and kindly found the exact car to my taste and an awesome test drive experience over the best view of Long Beach and ocean, found a GREAT deal and negotiate pricing and conditions, David, the sales manager was really generous, he generously added an extra deal and made it even greater for me, the whole process of documentation and contract went so smooth and fast and they clearly described and clarified all terms and numbers, car delivered clean, shiny with no detailed missed and Ali went trough all features and described them patiently, the other five star thing was that they DIDN'T try to sell any additional non sense and I REALLY appreciate that, I'm so happy with my new Mercedes Benz and highly recommend all my friends and family to go to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach for their next car buying,

Mona (Sales) was very helpful, friendly, informative and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. David (Manager) helped to fill in the gaps and provide me with better photos than were online?so appreciated. Wael (Finance) topped off the purchase by explaining all of the finance (yawn) info in a much less boring way! All in all?I was very hesitant to purchase online and then go pick up the car that I wanted. This team made my car purchase a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Calstar Motors Inc review
Went in around 6pm on a random Wednesday night for my mother in law. We inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle we found on their website and upon calling, I was told that it was indeed available and they would have it prepped for driving upon arrival. My wife and I arrive with my mother in law and were helped right away by Hanny Soliman, who was not initially my salesperson, however, was the one who eventually stayed with us and helped us throughout the whole process. Mr. Hanny was incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, answered all our questions with professionalism and care. I can 100% honestly say I never stepped foot in a Mercedes Dealership, and because of him, I am definitely going to be purchasing one for myself in the near future. I have never experienced such great customer service, pricing was upfront and direct, no games, and they even stayed past closing to wrap up the deal. Mr. Hanny followed up with phone calls to ask about how the vehicle was driving several days after and answered additional questions we had. What a wonderful experience here at CalStar Motors Inc (this is NOT a paid review). Like I said before, I only ever experienced Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai dealerships in the past, however, after this experience, my next purchase will definitely be coming from here and from Hanny.

Mercedes-Benz of Valencia review
I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van from Valencia Mercedes Benz Dealership, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. Ethan Zinshteyn and Sales Manager Daniel Medina provided exceptional service from start to finish. Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable about the Sprinter Van and took the time to understand my specific needs. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. His professionalism and attention to detail made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Daniel Medina, the Sales Manager, also played a pivotal role in my purchase. He worked diligently to secure the best possible deal and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with every aspect of the transaction. His commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The team at Valencia Mercedes Benz Dealership exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend Ethan Zinshteyn, Daniel Medina, and the entire dealership for anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz. Their dedication to excellence and customer service is unmatched!

Mercedes-Benz of Long BeachReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach review
I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I cant say enough positive things about MB of Calabasas. The car is beautiful. I flew in from out of town and they set up everything for a smooth purchase experience. They lined up the financing at reasonable terms. They weren't to aggressive on warranties and did a nice job explaining the value of a product/service. Everyone i met at the dealership, from the Gen Manager, to FI Manager and sales woman were professional and articulate. The best car perchase experience ever.

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I had an exceptional experience working with Sally at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car?not just making a sale. Sally took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. If you?re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend asking for Sally. She made what can often be an overwhelming experience feel easy and even enjoyable.
