McGrath Kia Highland ParkReviews
McGrath Kia Highland Park review
My experience at Kia McGrath of Highland Park was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, but this experience was the complete opposite. I felt genuinely cared for, heard, and supported throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Danny, was absolutely wonderful. He is warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. He spent many hours with me, answering countless questions, walking me through different options, and making sure I never felt rushed or pressured. What stood out most was that Danny genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision. He took the time to understand what mattered to me and my family and helped me find the vehicle that was the right fit—not simply the easiest one to sell. His patience, professionalism, and kindness made such a huge difference, and I am so grateful for the time and care he invested in helping me. I also have to recognize Jason, the General Manager. Jason was absolutely amazing. It is rare to find a GM who is not only accessible and responsive, but also genuinely warm, kind, generous, and invested in making sure customers have an exceptional experience. He was reachable throughout the process and treated us with such respect and generosity. He made us feel valued rather than like just another transaction. His leadership and character were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that creating a positive experience for his customers truly mattered to him. The level of customer service we received from Danny, Jason, and the entire team at Kia McGrath of Highland Park was outstanding. They turned what could have been a stressful process into an experience that felt personal, positive, and genuinely enjoyable. If you are looking for a dealership where people actually take the time to listen, answer your questions, treat you with kindness and respect, and go above and beyond to help you find the right vehicle, I cannot recommend Kia McGrath of Highland Park highly enough. Danny and Jason made this experience unforgettable, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.
2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Hernandez during my car-buying process, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Alex was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure or pushy sales tactics.

Excellent experience! Ryan was upfront and the whole transaction went quickly! super happy with my 2025 jeep! The finance process was smooth
2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
My independent mechanic has been servicing this car 10 years, and he told me never to sell it. It’s a solid performer, heavy yet Nimble on the road and on gas, comfortable ride. I wish it had car play, but the Bluetooth works well. 32 mpg between the Bay Area and LA, 70 mph with ac blowing cold. Love the ride. Maintenance has been predictable with no surprises. I’m currently at 111k and it runs better than when I bought it CPO 18k miles! I’m itching for a new X5 and will Have Difficulty giving this up. No major expenses so far, just routine oil, filter, plugs Tires, transmission fluid and service.

Advance 1 Auto Group review
I had a very good experience with Advance 1 Auto Group. The staff was professional and respectful, always willing to answer my questions clearly and honestly. The process of buying a car was smooth and without pressure, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The vehicle I purchased was exactly as described, in great condition, and fairly priced. While no dealership is perfect, I truly appreciate their transparency and customer service. Overall, this is a trustworthy place to buy a car, and I would recommend them to others.

2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

2021 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Car Castle - WaukeganReviews
2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

I had one of the best experiences with this dealership, I recommend it 100% . I drove one hour and half , but it’s was worth the trip
2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership, etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.
