1995 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have had two W124 models, (1989 an 1995) The 1995 (currently own) has just about 300K miles and is solid and a trooper ( even at over 80mph on hwy) daily driver, reliable, has full power -lots of torque and handles beautifully. No major issues, I also have the same model in a 2004 version and, hands down, the 1995 version is superior in all ways. The only downside to owning these older cars is that parts and mechanics for regular maintenance are also becoming rare.

1995 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
My 1995 E320 has been a fantastic car, with 138k on the clock and just simple regular maintenance. It has not let me down. Enough power to get up and go, comfort and quality even almost 30 years later is top tier. Couldn't recommend a better car for what you can pick these up for! Only thing I would say is make sure the wiring harness was replaced with the updated harness before buying one.

1994 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought my E320 Wagon new in 1994. Currently, I have 248,000 miles logged. She burns NO oil and runs like new. Replacement parts? Thermostats, exhaust muffler, battery, shock absorbers, fan belt, transmission case gasket .... that's all. Since new I have spent less than $4000 on repairs .. but I did repaint for $5000. She's beautiful, comfortable and envied by all who sees her. In the past 27 years I have betrayed her twice by 1) buying a new 2012 Audi 6 Quattro, which I sold after one year and went back to my garaged e320 wagon and 2) was seduced by a sleek and fast 2004 BMW 540 wagon. After less than a year I sold the BMW and went back to the E320. I'm looking forward to the next 27 years and 500,000 miles with my E320 wagon. The best feature of my wagon is visibility. In the 80's and 90's good cars were built so you could see out of them. Today's new cars are built to hide the passengers from the outside world. And you cannot see out of the either.

2000 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
A fantastic car! The W210 E320 is one Mercedes Benz finest accomplishments. The M112 motor is legendary and with 122,000 miles and aged almost 20 years, this car still pulls like a train and handles exceptionally well for a larger sedan. I do a lot of long distance highway driving and the E320 is an absolute pleasure to drive, very comfortable and passing people is effortless. I've had the check engine light come on once in 5 years of ownership and it turned out to be a rotted vacuum line that I replaced for $1.50. The only real issue I've had with this car is rust along the wheel wheels, but I live in Pennsylvania and the winters can be downright nasty. My next car will be another W210, that's of this one ever dies and I can't foresee that happening.

very nice responses from the steering gas and brake pedal, handles great around turns, read other great reviews about the vehicles reliability, people getting 320,000 miles plus on all original parts. love the interior and Bose sound system so many hidden corners in this car its been fun studying my owners manual. Only hang up has been the cup holders for the front seats.

2001 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Since I bought 2000 V6 E280 Benz it's most reliable car I ever drive . My car milage reach 498000 kilometer meter only I went for major overhaul. Petrol consumption is awesome , battery last every 4 to 5 years , wiring system is awesome , no fault till now . I just 18th august 2025 u send for major upgrade such as engine overhaul, part and suspension changes , painting work need to be done soon , interial upgrade due to aging , it's currently 25 years old and I am still driving happily .

1997 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought a 1997 C230 for $1300. Was told it needed the coil packs replaced. I bought the original OEM parts on eBay along with new spark plugs for right around $40. After replacing the plugs and coils and resetting the codes THIS CAR RUNS AND DRIVES LIKE A DREAM. I still can’t believe I bought this car for $1300 and only put $40 into it. It’s 25 years old and is in mint condition. Not a single dent on it. 195000 miles and it drives like it’s brand new. I feel like I stole this car.

This car has the unique balance of comfort, luxury, reliability, low maintenance costs, super gas mileage, & power of any car I have ever owned in my 60 years of driving. I must tell young people this to spare them from buying Japanese cars that have nearly killed me in accidents with significant injuries, while these unique German cars can protect you from severe accidents with giant trucks as you walk away from these terrorizing collisions. They fallacies taught to us about any Mercedes is just not true. These cars always run & get you where you need to go. They are sounder than any car made today. The Germans build the most high quality vehicles on the planet, & that is a fact.

1998 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car. I've had it since 2000 and purchased it used. It has been extremely reliable and has required very little service outside of the normal wear and tear. I have the wagon to accomodate my German Shepherds and they love it, too. I've looked at the newer MB wagons and would not trade mine for them even if they were free.

1999 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Very well built and comfortable. Mine just turned 100k miles. The engine has been perfect and the interior still looks new. It actually gets really good gas mileage especially for a small V8. My only issue is the cup holders near the middle console. They are useless. This car will rust in the bottom corners of the fenders. Rust also appears near the license plate. These are known issues. I had my car in the paint shop to address this and it looks great. I have been very satisfied overall with this car.

1994 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
While I have had faster, better handling and more comfortable cars, my E320 cabrio is the best balanced, most attractive and reliable combination of the factors I want in my daily drive of any of the 50 something cars I have had the opportunity to live with. As a car hobbyist, as opposed to dealer or other professionally interested person, this car gives me comfort that I want, performance adequate to put distance between myself and others on the road, and handling to enjoy when I want to push things a bit. I have the option of a luxury convertible, or a snug enclosure which my other convertibles have lacked. I also have a limited edition car which I have made more unique by installing a five speed manual, which I find keeps me engaged and also delivers ridiculous economy at freeway speeds for a car of this weight and power.

2000 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have owned 2 of the E-320 Mercedes and think they are great cars overall and were very reliable. These cars have a good amount of power and can overtake well. The handling and comfort are wonderful and they offer a very smooth ride that doesn’t change even at high speeds. Repairs were average and not costly if you have a regular mechanic and avoid the dealership and won’t cost you any more than any other car really. These cars can go forever if maintained and taken care of and drive like new even over 200k as well as 300k. If you follow the guidelines to repairs and replacement by Mercedes , you will never be left stranded or have any problems and the engine will go forever. Good cars . Great for first cars for kids as well because they are reliable , affordable, and let me just say they are built well . One of the safest cars I owned . My first E320 got hit from the side by a school bus that ran a red light and while the car looked like it got rolled over by a bus on the drivers side front end .... it still held up well and I was not injured what so ever , driver side airbag deployed as expected and although the car was not driveable due to the wheel being bent inward, I couldn’t believe that when I went to see it at my mechanics shop the car started right up no problem and the engine was purring like a kitten. I would recommend this car to people of all ages as it is reliable and built well.

2000 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
We bought this car for our daughter 5 years ago. We have owned 2 E300's prior to this vehicle.Both of those cars were in a T-Bone in seperate accidents and actually were able to drive away. Supe safe vehicles. This vechile is very Comfortable and the E320 was a nice improvement. The car has 155,000+ on it and still drives along at 90+ with no problem. Very dependable. I would recommend you do the work on these vehicles yourself. There a a ton of Utube videos and the car is pretty easy to work on. The Only thing I can say is living in Wisconsin I wish it had the 4matic. It still turns heads ~Even with the rusted look. I would highly recommend this model.

1996 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The W210 is a great vehicle, no doubt. Maintenance is critical, and don't try and nickel and dime things. Use the proper oils and fluids and that will help things run smoothly. Repairs can be pricey but, there are independent shops that can help . The only downside for me is rust, as these are prone to this issue. The turbodiesel is legendary, and will go for over 250k miles and BEYOND.
