I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.
2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Excellent Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Plano! We had an amazing experience working with Serge Ouedraogo and Alex Rosas at Mercedes-Benz of Plano. Our experience started on a Saturday, about 30 minutes before closing time. We were walking around the parking lot, looking at vehicles, when Serge was parking a car. Even though it was extremely hot outside and the dealership was about to close, he greeted us warmly and offered to help. We immediately appreciated his approach, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Serge was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind while answering all our questions and explaining every detail. His genuine desire to help made a great impression on us, and we knew we wanted to work with him. He gave us his card, and on Monday we reached out to him with exactly what we were looking for. Serge was already prepared and had two vehicles waiting for us to see. After looking at them, I chose one, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel simple and exciting. Alex Rosas was also wonderful. He helped us with all the additional paperwork, explained the warranty options clearly, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know before completing the purchase. Serge and Alex truly went above and beyond to make this a fantastic car-buying experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication are exactly what you hope to find when purchasing a vehicle. 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.
