I just got a new Honda CRV and had Jim Beatty as a salesman. The CRV is great and Jim was great. If you go there for a purchase you can’t go wrong with Jim Beatty as your salesman. Not pushy and easy to work with. I’m 56 and have bought several cars in my life and this may have been my best experience so far.

This group of people at this dealership is just plain wonderful. I really want to let you all know about one standout gentleman named Daniel though. He went well above and beyond to help me out during a trying situation and was able to find a solution for my problems. Thank you all once again!

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

We arrived at 1030a and were driving off the lot by 1230p. The process was quick and seamless. By far the highlight of the experience was Bonnie!! Bonnie, the 1st impressions specialist at the Easton location was AMAZING! She was personable and kind! She did something that has NEVER happened to me with a car dealership before. I was so touched by her gesture and will forever remember our interaction!❤️

My service advisor Spencer Stewart was great! He always responded promptly by text and/or email to my questions. When there wasn’t an easy (or affordable) fix to the problem with my car, he researched creative options for me. The mechanics at the shop also were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the professionalism I experienced at Mercedes Easton.

It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

Dealership was clean and well presented. Staff was professional, attentive, not high pressure. Vehicle was as advertised. Good purchase experience.
2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Mercedes-Benz of Dublin review
I had an exceptional experience with the team at Crown Mercedes Dublin. Everyone demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism and made me feel genuinely valued and appreciated. In the absence of my initial contact and salesman, Mark Alias. He thoughtfully made arrangements for me to work with Corbin Dennis, who was extremely capable and helpful. Although I was somewhat undecided, Corbin never pressured me to make a decision. Instead, he gave me the time and space to think everything through, which ultimately led to a decision I'm extremely happy with. I was also introduced to Sales Manager Conor Maguire, who was personable, reassuring, and professional throughout the process. The entire team made what can be a stressful purchase feel comfortable and straightforward. Lastly, a shout-out to Bryant Monroe, the Finance Manager, who was also professional, approachable, and down-to-earth. He took the time to explain every aspect of the financing clearly and recommended an option that saved me money on my insurance. I am especially happy about that. Thanks, all! Shedrick

I have been buying/leasing from Crown the last 20 years, and Ken Stuart has assisted with each transaction. Ken each time has gone above and beyond with great communication, making sure each vehicle meets my needs and fits my budget. I highly recommend Ken and Crown!
2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

we have been doing business with Crown Mercedes and Ken Stuart for 20 years. They make the process effortless and it has always been a great experience.
2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Generally, a great ride. Love driving on the highway. This is my second Benz SUB. A lot of technology and tips to go, but Mercedes is still about classy simplicity which I absolutely love. The issue I am having now at just over 8,000 miles is a squeaky rear heat shield, and knocking and rattling going over speed bumps or uneven road. Taking it to the dealer for the fix.

2018 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
This is a great SUV. This is also better than the new GLE 350. 3.5 liter v6 for the 2018. 2.0 liter turbo 4 cylinder for the new GLE

I was referred by my parents and it was the best experience. I was looking for a vehicle to accommodate my family, at a decent price. And National did that!
2025 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
As a road car, the GLE 350 is great. The comfort, acceleration, and overall performance makes long trips seem shorter and more bearable. The electronics - i.e. the GPS, the dashboard, and overall settings are a challenge. Very small fort and the fact it tends to randomly change every time you stop the car are frustrating. Hard to see keyboard fonts when driving.
