Had my 350 GLK in for an airbag recall and Blake the service advisor said the mecahic found a major issue with the rear subframe due to rust. Blake was very professional and fixed both issues and was a delight to work with.

Mercedes-Benz of OmahaReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Omaha review
Buying a car always makes me anxious because I'm worried I'll make the wrong decision, but the team at Mercedes-Benz of Omaha made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. This was my second time buying from them, and I'd absolutely go back again. I really appreciate their no-haggle pricing because it takes so much of the pressure out of the process. Camrynn was amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond, answered every question I had, and made everything feel simple from start to finish. Nate and Kurt were also great—they explained everything clearly and made the paperwork quick and easy. At no point did I feel pressured, and I left feeling confident in my decision instead of second-guessing it. If you're looking for a dealership that's honest, professional, and genuinely easy to work with, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Omaha. Be sure to ask for Camrynn—you'll be in great hands!

Worked with Tony who was amazing. Very on top of everything and constantly updating me. Never felt overly pressured. Picked a car as a bit of a fishing expedition and he made things come true and provided the perfect Valentine's gift.

Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City South review
Josh was pretty knowledgeable about the modifications to a GT4; many dealers don't have a clue.
2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 53 review
I'd been trying to place an order with my authorized MB dealer for over a year but not for this car; rather, it was for an E53 Cabriolet in the same colors and premium interior. Due to the chip shortage and the transition to electric cars there simply were few allocations available for the E53 Cabriolet so when my dealer received a special order model - Rubellite Red Special Edition - they offered it to me and one look and I was smitten. It's a far cry from a convertible but more than makes up for it by virtues of its own. I've owned the predecessor to the AMG GT 4-door (the CLS63S) but was surprised at the nimble and surefooted handling of this big and heavy car! While this new model is a hybrid with less HP than my old CLS63S, it is plenty powerful and fast enough for the kind of driving I do around town. The car I traded in was a 2018 C63S Cabriolet and even though that car was smaller, lighter and more powerful, I find the GT53 to handle better and accelerate almost as well so whatever difference there is in the weight/power ratio is negligible. The GT53 is more refined than the C63S so the exhaust is more muted and I'd prefer a little more of that sound making it into the cockpit but on the other hand, the GT53 makes for a smoother and quieter ride than the C63S which more than makes up for not getting all the pops and bangs from the exhaust during spirited driving and downshifting. My only gripe is that despite the plush look of the diamond-quilted seats, they are quite firm and I wish there were more cushion in the seat bottom. There is a lot to learn about the infotainment system but using "Hey Mercedes" certainly is helpful. I've only had the car a short while so I can't comment further just yet but so far, the honeymoon phase is in full swing.

2025 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 review
2025 AMG GT63, just over 500 miles so far and really love the beast. to put in perspective: purchased three e63s in the past and this is my fourth AMG. Switched over from M3s and M5s… drove 55 before deciding on 63. 55 lacks that mighty M177 pull in my opinion… so far, happy with my decision, GT63 is outstanding from every point of view. not a daily driver, likely the “garage queen ”, however finding every excuse to get behind the wheel!
