Mercedes-Benz of Ontario review
Where do I even begin? I met Thomas Cervantes in 2022 when he was working at Monrovia BMW, and we connected right from the start. We share very similar personalities, and from day one, he treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Between 2022 and 2023, I purchased seven BMW cars and SUVs from Thomas. As God is my witness, this is a true statement and an honest review. Every transaction was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable because of him. When Thomas moved to Mercedes-Benz in Ontario, I followed him without hesitation. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in him. He is one of those rare individuals who genuinely cares about people. His kindness, charisma, honesty, and positive attitude make him truly unique. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, you can never go wrong with Thomas. He goes above and beyond for his customers and makes the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thomas, if you’re reading this message, I want you to know how much I appreciate you. I love you dearly, my friend, and I am grateful for all your help, kindness, and support throughout the years. May God bless you always.

2020 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 review
We purchased the car with 14K miles on it and we're loving it! The performance is out of this world and we're constantly getting compliments on the exterior of the car. We've had a couple of minor warranty issues, hence, my 4 vs. 5 stars for "Reliability." We flew down to LA and drove the car back to Northern CA and the comfort level was great...and although we tested the power and speed, we made it back without a ticket! We would buy this car again in a heartbeat!

Mercedes-Benz of West Covina review
Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!
