A dealer that puts the Customer 1st!

Where to start...I guess where I started. I am father overseas, 8500 miles from my son, and a need for a car. Literally spent over 3 months on the net, over 100 vehicles checked, dealers in Gainesville contacted, and nothing panned out. Primary reason, Dealers did not want to work with me 8500 miles away, some wanted me to look at other cars than the one(s) I was interested in, some never responded. Then, on a Monday night, I found a car at Mercedes of Gainesville. It was clearly a one of a kind find. Immediately, I contact Mercedes of Gainesville by e-mail. The next morning, an immediate response from a salesman with a sincere desire to help a customer. Son went by, checked the car, test drove the car, and I had a sales quote sent to me while my son was still there. I replied that the car was wanted, but, it would take me another day or two to transfer funds. Absolutely no concern on the salesman's side. The car was held. On Thursday afternoon, my son owned and drove off the lot in his new (used) fully registered car. The salesman, well this was Mr Nero. This experience was beyond expectations for customer service. Mr Nero was a gentleman with a desire in his heart to work with me, the customer, despite my long distance restriction, and better yet, he worked with my son through this transaction. From the first e-mail response, it was clear to me that all my months of searching was coming to an end and that this transaction in the hands of Mr Nero allowed me not to have any worries or concerns. He was willing to help. Words are not enough to express my gratitude for Mr Nero and his handling of this sale, as well as his interaction with my son. On behalf of my son and I, THANK YOU very much!
