We live in NC and purchase a beautiful 2017 BMW 540i from them after reviewing on truecar.com. Office forgot to send us the title at first but they resend it later by UPS. Car is beautiful, we love it! Excellent service from Steve! He replied every question and is always available for help.

Much better since Jim Foulkrod took over as service manager. quoted $1,000 to fix trunk latch on my 2009 SL63 AMG which was absurdly high. also.... always get the feeling they are trying to sell you additional services. Lastly, received a call from someone in sales trying to buy the car as it is unique and in great shape. got back to me with a ridiculously low price of $24,000 when Kelly Blue Book says $34,000. Do they think people dont check these things?
We LOVE our new car! Our sales person, Ken, was excellent! He was prepared for our visit (we traveled to see the car), had the car in perfect condition in the show-room in case it rained and made the process fast and easy! The facility and employees came across clean, professional, genuine and high-end. Highly recommend this location to locals and those who are willing to travel to get their perfect car!

Price and warranty clearly stated; David Rook was very informative. He told us everything we needed to know without being pushy or aggressive. We appreciate this type of experience which can be hard to come by at some dealerships. He was honest with us when we asked questions and didn't push us on things we didn't want. He took the time to chat with us while we waited and it was obvious he wasn't trying to just make some money or a quick sale.
