Hawk Nissan Of St CharlesReviews
Hawk Nissan Of St Charles review
Benny deserves a big raise! He was very helpful ! I was nervous because this was my first time buying a new car and he didn’t get annoyed at all my newbie questions! Hawk Nissan is well organized and my Nissan Sentra was everything I hoped for! For my trade in I was given a good deal! $1,000.00 for a Honda CRV with 188,000 miles! It was a good day for me!
2015 Ford Fiesta review
I purchased my 2015 Ford fiesta SE about a month ago with 30,000 miles on it. It is a 5 speed manual transmission and have done some light maintenance to it like changed the oil, wiper blades and new tires. I purchased this car to use for commuting to and from work and everyday use. I was able to take it out on the open road over the weekend and was very surprised how well it performed going up steep hills and on the highway. It kept it's power up hills and I was easily able to maintain a 75 mph. Great on gas, fun to drive the only con that I have experienced this far is the limited back seat space. Overall a great little economical car for the price.

D'Arcy Hyundai review
First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.
2010 Hyundai Accent review
Small and simple great first car 👍 not super reliable like a Honda but still seems really reliable, I bought mine for $2,800 2 years ago still running extremely well today with 160,000 miles. Small engine and easy to repair, only real repair I've had to do on it is a water pump, expect a cheap economy car if you take good care of it then it will treat you right.

Troy and Michelle Ross, my wife and I were looking for a car for oiur son and daughter. We had the wonderful experience of working with Tarique and Wafa not sure if I spelled it correctly but they were awesome taking the time to work with us and having us test drive many vehicle before finding the perfect Subaru Outback . We have had the car for several months now and love it! great features and even better buying experience along with good price made this purchase a good experience!
2015 Subaru Forester review
Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

2018 Chevrolet Cruze review
I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

The Honda Superstore of Joliet review
We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!
2015 Hyundai SONATA review
I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

I worked with Rocky and had an amazing experience. This was my first car purchase from a dealership of any sort so I was very nervous, but he was incredibly kind and helpful and explained everything I had questions on. He was very thorough and I felt super satisfied when I walked off the lot with my car. Cannot thank him enough! Same with Matt the financial adviser there, he was also incredibly thorough and kind and explained anything I had questions on! I highly recommend this dealership and these guys! They were amazing! :D

After the ABS went out on my old car, I started looking for a newer car. When I found this one, something made me stop. Now that it’s just me and my dog, I don’t need a big SUV. This little Hatchback has everything I need in just the right size. So pleased I found it.

2010 Honda Insight review
Purchased for my wife's 80 + mile daily commute. She drove it daily for over 10 and a half years. All maintenance done by the Honda Dealer in Saratoga Springs, NY Great service, by the way. A very trouble free car. She decided to purchase a new CRV earlier this year. I now drive the Insight for my daily 40 mile commute. I average 58MPG, as I drive it very easy and avoid the interstate. It now has 228,000 miles and still going strong! I highly recommend this if you don't mind its lower performance but it pays back in great gas mileage. I fill up every 14 to 16 days for less than $18.00. Can't say enough about how good of a car this is. My son is turning 16, in a few months. This will be his 1 car. I am looking for another one for myself.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Jon David is an asset to your company he’s a gentleman and a scholar. He put a deal that I won’t forget, and I won’t forget him. My son was very happy and he treated him with courtesy.
2015 Volkswagen Jetta review
I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

2015 Kia Optima review
There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I gave them 2 days notice that I would be there at around noon, I got there at 2:30 pm. The man who helped me was very nice; unfortunately they had sold the car I was interested in earlier that morning.
2011 Ford Expedition review
I've owned my 2011 Expedition XLT regular wheelbase since 2012 (leftover). Basic cloth seats, manual A/C and heavy duty towing. This SUV has been super reliable. Preventative maintenance and I do all myself. Oil at 5k using Ford blend 5-20 for 100k and now 5-30. 3rd set of plugs and 2nd set of coils. This is the brown plug boot engine which I believe all 2008+ Expeditions use. Trans fluid changed at 60k, 110k and now ready. Front brakes have been replaced many times as it's just the way these brake. No problem as I do it myself but some may not like this. Liftgate the usual paint peeling and I don't care. Hood also has some under the front and think the bug shield has prevented it from peeling in the top of the hood. I just added a nice touchcreen with back up camera since the green LED radio got real dim. I plan on driving this one for another couple yrs and up to at least 200k. It appears the 2010-12 are overall very reliable and since they have a steep depreciation, not bad to pick one up. Not IF AND ONLY IF the oil was maintained with proper and FREQUENT oil changes! The 2008+ Ford 5.4L 3Valve in general is a decent engine ONLY IF THE OIL has been changed!!! If not, set aside $7k for an engine swap.

2013 FIAT 500 review
Purchased my 2013 Abarth over a year ago, This Fiat’s a fantastic vehicle, for someone to say that it doesn’t perform up hills, it’s a misstatement…it only tells me that this driver is inexperienced when it comes to manual transmissions. When I am in Italy or Spain, this magnificent machine, climbs hills like a pro…
