Plattner's Arcadia Chevrolet review
After a bit of confusion about whether the car was actually available, we found our way to the dealership and Jon had the car ready for us to look at and drive. We took the car out onto some construction roadways and were pleased with the ride on some very rough roads. Jon was able to share a little info about the car, but the CarFax that I was able to review before we came in was VERY helpful on making a decision about this car. When we sat down to put numbers together I was a bit shocked by the additional items that were not only "available" but were, apparently, added to this car and its cost. We were pleased that Sean and other management personnel were able to make the total cost down to a number that was about my budget but was acceptable. And, on top of, living more than 50 miles away and driving my wife's car in to look at this car, Sean worked it out so that they would deliver it to me on Monday, and that we VERY appreciated. The dealership facility is definitely not as fancy as some found in larger cities, but the people were nice and we were able to get the job done. The Cars.com page for this car did have some incorrect information. While this car is, apparently, SLT-1 it did NOT include some of the features indicated in the advertisement. This includes Navigation, 8 way drivers seat, and some other items. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership they noted that these ads are prepared by a third party, and I would assume that is Cars.com What I failed to get while at the dealership, or to print out on my own, was a copy of the CarFax report. After a couple of calls I finally got Jon and he almost immediately had that in my emai and I appreciated his effort. All in dealing with Arcadia Chevrolet was a positive experience.

They don?t ? you need to bring a check if you?re paying cash.
2019 MINI Convertible review
This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

2020 MINI Convertible review
We bought a used 2020 Cooper S convertible in December 2022 with only 6,000 mile on the odometer. It is a blast to drive! Don't plan on taking passengers unless they are very small children or pets. Looking forward to warmer weather and many cruises although we did put the top down and took a spin in it on Christmas day.

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! During the test drive, Sara took her time and actually test drove three different cars. She never rushed me and patiently answered all my questions. If she was unable to provide an answer, she promptly returned to me. Sara kept me well-informed throughout the production and shipment process. On the day of delivery, Sara took her time to explain every aspect of the new car. To be honest, I was apprehensive about purchasing a new car due to my concerns about the potential for deceptive practices by some dealers. However, Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay and Sara made the process incredibly easy and comfortable. I am confident that I will return to them for my next car purchase.
2023 MINI Convertible review
Still relatively new with just over 200mls, but a fun car to run around in. Comfortable ride and pretty zippy with the turbo. Quite surprised how roomy for a small car and can’t wait for a trip to see if it’s comfortable after a few hours in the car

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.
