During the test drive, Sara took her time and actually test drove three different cars. She never rushed me and patiently answered all my questions. If she was unable to provide an answer, she promptly returned to me. Sara kept me well-informed throughout the production and shipment process. On the day of delivery, Sara took her time to explain every aspect of the new car. To be honest, I was apprehensive about purchasing a new car due to my concerns about the potential for deceptive practices by some dealers. However, Ferman Mini of Tampa Bay and Sara made the process incredibly easy and comfortable. I am confident that I will return to them for my next car purchase.

2007 MINI Cooper review
It's comfortable sit in it. But I feel the space is too narrow for me. If there are more than two people, especially for some men, it's a little too small. But totally I like it. The drive feeling is nice.And till now it's safety.

I bought a car from here a little over 3 years ago, and now that it's been long enough I definitely need to leave a review. I got a 2015 Dodge Durango that came straight from an auction (I was very sketchy but she was pretty and drove like new) . I had one expensive issue that was immediately fixed under warranty and all I had to pay was the deductible. Since then, I have put 70,000 miles on the SUV, driven to Florida and back twice along with Georgia and back, and when I tell you I have had NO issues, I mean I am still just as in love with her as I was when I originally bought her. Anytime anyone asks me about a used car dealership, this is where I always refer them too. My income was low, my credit was average, but they still worked with me and I left extremely happy.
2007 MINI Cooper review
Drove this for 9 years until someone hit my car and totaled it. :( it was 11 years old. Sad day. Barely did any repairs and it averages between 34-43mpg when I was driving it. Stick shift. Loved driving it every day!

2007 MINI Cooper review
It has more room than it looks! Well equipment with many of the features that you need and the price was Great. The handling is very tight and in control. My wife loves the Cooper and the 134hp is more than enough to get the job done. I made sure of that....lol. Very pleasant surprise.
