Ryan Schilt (our sales advisor) was phenomenal. My wife is a difficult customer, as it is hard for her to make a final decision on just about anything, especially a large purchase. Ryan truly spent about 15 hours with us, from start to finish (over 3 or 4 visits to your beautiful showroom). We live in Boca, thus we have closer BMW dealerships, however, none could possibly be as good as your dealership is/was. We visited a more local dealership before going to yours and the experience was not over the top, as your dealership is/was. I told Ryan he is a rising star at your dealership and I meant it. He knows how to deal with people well, he goes above and beyond what is required and I truly admire him for that. Ryan, thank you VERY MUCH - you are going to be star one day at Holman (BMW of FLL). Btw, Holman is a car dealership with over 50 locations across several high end vehicle brands. Holman started over 100 years ago and is currently in it's 3rd generation of family ownership. A wonderful, beautiful car dealership (to say the least). Everyone who works at Holman is a special person and will treat you right, from start to finish. A++ for Holman and all of it's employees. 2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I had the absolute best experience at MINI of Fort Myers, especially working with my salesperson Sam Reyazi! I live in the Florida Keys, which is about a 3.5-hour drive from Fort Myers. Originally, I had been working with a different MINI dealership that was closer to home. After a week of going back and forth with them, I unfortunately started to feel more like a dollar sign than a person. I already knew I wanted a 2026 MINI Convertible, but something told me to look around a little more. That?s when I came across the inventory at MINI of Fort Myers and found almost the exact car I had been hoping for. I called and connected with Sam, and from the very first conversation he made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. His warm, friendly attitude immediately stood out. He took the time to send plenty of photos, answer every question I had, and walk me through all the details. Most importantly, we were able to come to a price that felt fair and good for both of us ? something I hadn?t experienced with the other dealership. The entire process felt genuine, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. I absolutely love my new MINI! It?s my first one, and I already have a feeling it won?t be my last. And if that?s the case, I will gladly make the drive back to MINI of Fort Myers to work with Sam again. Highly recommend!
