One of my favorite dealerships ever, fun atmosphere and friendly employees!
Not Mean to have Children in the back seat

I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(
This is my second car I have bought at this dealership. BUT, this time was
over the top fabulous because of Kay Mcmillen. She was so fun and no stress
at all to drive and buy a car. GREAT experience just ask for her and your worries are over.

This car suits me perfectly. This is my 3rd Mini - I've been a loyal customer for many years. First I owned the convertible. As much fun as it was to have, it wasn't practical. There was very little space for cargo or passengers. Then I had the Countryman and it was perfect. I didn't think I could do better until I got my second Countryman and this time bought the Sport. It's an incredible ride. I have great control behind the wheel. And although I don't have the convertible anymore, I have the sunroof and I love the look of the hardtop.
I had the best buying experience yesterday thanks to Ron Yinger! He was awesome through the whole process, super nice and patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at home. The one reason I don't like car shopping is bad experiences with the stereotypical "car salesman" types and Ron broke the mold. My whole family drives Minis and I can say that we'd tell all our friends to go buy a Mini from Ron. Well done, and he was definitely the reason that Mini Seattle will earn my business again in the future.
Cure and fun car.

The manual transmission is smooth. Love the automatic retractable top. Road noise at 70mph is loud. 3 and 4th gears have lots of power. Fun car.
I have dealing with Seattle Mini since I got my first mini in 2008. I leased and was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. I have worked with Jay Hammon each time I have leased a Mini. He has provided excellent service so much so that I leased my last mini from him while living in New Mexico. He was very helpful and worked with me through email and phone to facilitate my picking up of my newest Mini. Jay helped to keep track of my car so I could arrange flight up to Seattle as soon as it came in. He even picked me up from the airport! I have recommended friends to Jay and they were very happy with the service and follow up he provided. The service center is always helpful too when I have to take my car in to be serviced. I love my Mini and when it is time to get a new one I will have Jay help me again.

I have never had a vehicle so well styled with excellent performance and responsiveness. A complete joy to drive. And it is deceptively bigger inside than you would think. Suits all my needs.
I went into the Seattle Mini dealership with my two rowdy boys prepared to feel like I didn't belong. I was pleasantly surprised that they took my young kids and their volume in stride. I was also expecting pressure to buy more car than I had budgeted, but again, Surprise! Jay Hammon held to the numbers I gave him and even found me a few options to choose from so I wouldn't feel like I was settling. I really appreciated the staff there and their professionalism, friendliness and patience. I would definitely recommend checking out this dealership and will check with them when I'm ready to trade in my Mini, which may be never!!
It’s a fun car

The car is good. Still to much interior road noise from the tires and lack of sound proofing. I have a 2012 F150. You don’t here a thing inside. You just enjoy the ride
This was the best car buying experience of my life. The sales rep was so helpful, informative and actually fun to work with. When I picked up my mini he went over every part of the car and how to use all the technology it affords, this was very helpful to me as I am not that tech savy. I have not had one minute of buyers remorse, I would highly recommend Seattle Mini.
A joy to drive.

Before buying the Mini Cooper Countryman base model, 1.5 liter engine, I compared it to an an Audi Q2 which was another option in a crossover, but the Q2 does not have the passenger space of the countryman. Although many reviews say the base model has less power than the S anda pokey engine, for my purposes it has plenty of zip even with a full passenger load. I drive it in the mountains and it has plenty of power. It especially gets gas mileage on the freeway.
I found the car I have wanted for a long time. An email to Dave Wolf elicited a quick response. So - my journey began just before 8am. I drove my car home that same evening. All of the staff at Seattle Mini were very friendly. I felt valued. Dave took me on a test drive, gave me a great tour of my new car, made sure my phone was connected and I know how to manage the controls - favorite radio station, etc. and sent me on my way. Minis are great vehicles. What makes them exemplary is the attention from all of the staff regardless of whether you are their personal customer or that of another salesperson. Not only was Dave amazing - the other salesmen were also friendly and encouraging. Seattle Mini has my complete adoration and appreciation. Looking forward to a long history with Dave and Seattle Mini. cheers!

PERFECT FOR THE CITY, LOVE THE SELF PARKING FEATURE. OUTSTANDING FOR LONG DISTANCE RIDES. AN IDEAL CAR WITH SUPERB PERFORMANCE, ABLE TO ACCOMODATE LARGE AND BULKY
LOADS. OUTSTANDING AND HIGHLY RELIABLE SERVICE FROM PASSPORT MINI Alexandria, VA
I ended up buying a used Mini Cooper-S from here, but I definitely looked at all kinds of Coopers. Robert (Lee) was very patient with all my requests, especially with multiple test drives over many days. Damon was great with the financing too, and hung through with me through all the details. Most importantly, there were a few options that were not standard with the car, and I learned about that only a week later. Damon and Robert were kind enough to throw those in for free even after the sale had completed. If you pine for a Mini, I thoroughly recommend getting one from these guys.

Fun to drive, plenty of room. Great features. Nice cargo area! Nice acceleration. Rugged and built like a bull. Love the twin turbo engine and sunroof.
ULTIMATE BLEND OF , PERFORMANCE, LUXURY, AND STYLE

ICONIC version carries 5 people in luxurious cabin without losing the character and handling of the Mini brand. Lots of unique style and tech features to separate this car from the pack, including SPORT mode and dynamic suspension dampening. We look forward to every trip we take in this awesome vehicle.
My concern in buying this car was how smooth the ride would be as our Countryman was not a smooth ride and you feel every bump. Not a problem with this Clubman. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The only things missing I would like would have been a remote start for the winter and memory seats for when my spouse drives my car.
Amazing car. So cool and cute at the same time. It drives just like a BMW with all the options added in. Can't recommend the Cooper S any more than is possible. The turbo charge is incredible and the drive is immaculate.
My Mini Cooper is the first car I’ve purchased entirely on my own and it is worth every penny. Not only is it a beautiful car on the inside and out, it handles the road like no other. These cars may seem small on the outside, but they are very spacious on the inside. I have had multiple people tell me how comfortable it is! I purchased the 4 door hardtop which has plenty of room in the front and back, along with a nice sized trunk. I test drove many other makes of cars because I wanted to make the right decision, and I am so happy with my choice. I do not think I’ll ever buy another car that is not made by Mini. If you are on the market for a new car, stop by Mini of Dutchess County, you won’t regret it!!!!
I test drove all the different models of this car & instantly knew I wanted it but I needed 4 doors because no room in the back of the 2 door, the sunroofs give the illusion of a bigger car. It's so much fun to drive, the sport option makes it very nippy. I love the style too. Comfortable seating & lots of extra options made it the perfect car for me. You can park it anywhere. Awesome!
Totally surprised with our Countryman S All4. Refined and roomy but still plays like a MINI. We drove both the MINI and the BMW X1 (same chassis). Both were very nice but MINI handles more like a sports car. Butter smooth engine (same basic engine as in BMW 3 Series) and responsive 8-speed automatic transmission (also used in Lexus RX350) work well together. Beautiful interior. We ordered ours loaded and don't regret all the goodies. The larger engine in the S is powerful. The All4 all wheel drive system works seamlessly - but accelerate on wet pavement and traction is excellent. Car has been flawless.
I have been looking at these and researching them. My husband and I stopped to test drive. We were both surprised by the interior comfort, especially since we are both above average height and long legs. Fun to drive and the toggle switches give it that old roadster looks. Had more pep and go than we expected. Engine Noise is the only real drawback.
Pleasant car shopping experience with Steve Lewis.

We appreciate the time and patience that Steve Lewis gave us while selecting a car at Elliott Bay Motors. Unfortunately I have some disabilities that makes car shopping a bit more challenging. Steve was very patient , and accommodating during the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Thank you again Steve for all your help.
Really cool but complicated car
by Blackcat from Portland, Maine

This car is a beautiful style for a 4-door, AWD vehicle. It's just fun to look at.
The car is bigger inside than you would think, and it is taller off the ground. I can reach my mailbox from the window no problem.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars for all categories is that the interior is very complicated and you need to study the owners manual carefully to figure out all the features it has. It has more switches and screen commands than a passenger jet cockpit. Maybe its because I always drove older cars.....
But the features are cool if you can find them.
Aside from that this car handles very well and you can easily park in in any spot. Good visibility out the windows. Gets good mileage too if you turn off the 'Sport' mode switch. ;)
