I had a great experience purchasing a new BRZ. I dealt with Phil over the phone and within 10 to 15 minutes I purchased this car. It is a pleasure to deal with straightforward, professional, courteous, and fair. I know these cars are hard to come by and there was no up selling or any other charges I found my new Subaru dealership. Thanks, Phil.

Empire Volvo Cars SmithtownReviews
Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I can confidently say that this was the most seamless and enjoyable dealership experience I have ever encountered. This success is entirely down to the incredible team, especially our salesperson, Lana Vladi, and the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick. From the moment we walked in, Lana provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, completely free of any high pressure tactics. Lana took the time to understand exactly what we needed and guided us through the options with patience and genuine enthusiasm. She made the often stressful process of selecting a new car feel easy and fun. Equally impressive was the professionalism and care shown by General Manager Kristin Hendrick. She ensured the entire finalization process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. It is clear that Kristin sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and professionalism within the dealership. Knowing that the leadership team, like Kristin, is committed to excellence makes a huge difference. If you are looking for a new car and want an honest, pleasant, and first-class experience, ask for Lana Vladi. The combined dedication of Lana and Kristin makes this dealership truly outstanding. Highly recommended!
2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

I went to see what my options were with my lease that had some damage. I wanted to find something within budget to purchase. Damion was very helpful. He had sure he showed me all of my options and got what I wanted in the end. He was very friendly and understanding. I’ve very happy with the car I got. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
2020 MINI Convertible review
We bought a used 2020 Cooper S convertible in December 2022 with only 6,000 mile on the odometer. It is a blast to drive! Don't plan on taking passengers unless they are very small children or pets. Looking forward to warmer weather and many cruises although we did put the top down and took a spin in it on Christmas day.

2012 MINI Cooper S Countryman review
In my opinion the 2012 Mini Cooper S countryman is great. it's like a Mini Cooper that has more room but you still have to deal with the BMW repair prices and BMW repair prices are crap.but aside from that it's not bad at all. It has a turbocharged 1.6 liter Inline 4 engine which is not great for reliability.I can only recommend this car with low miles unless you are a mechanic and you can fix your own car but if not it will be a maintnence nightmare and burn your wallet. they get a lot of failed turbos which can be expensive to fix. The exterior is good it looks super cute!!

2016 MINI Countryman review
This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!

The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the overall customer service and attention I received. I especially want to recognize Paul Coppola for his outstanding professionalism, knowledge, and patience throughout the buying process. Paul made everything easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty and dedication were a major reason I decided to buy from Atlantic Chevrolet. I highly recommend Atlantic Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Great dealership, great experience, and exceptional service from Paul Coppola.

2013 MINI Roadster review
My 2013 MINI Cooper John Cooper Works Roadster is absolutely a blast. The JCW package includes more power and better brakes and suspension for fun back roads blasting and autocross use. It's a little harsh for daily driving, however, as the JCW suspension is a little lower and stiffer. I also have ultra high performance run flats on it, as there's no room for a spare, and I don't want to wait around for a tow if I get a nail or something in a tire. When new, this was a $45k car, and a bit expensive for a MINI. But on the used market, they are a real performance and economy value. They do have a reputation for worse reliability than normal cars, but if you find a well taken care of example, the N18 powered JCW and S roadsters are actually quite robust. I hope to have this car for many fun filled years to come, and would recommend people looking at sports cars give them a chance.

2017 MINI Countryman review
I've owned this MINI Countryman Cooper S for several years, and it has been one of my favorite vehicles I've ever owned. I had always wanted a MINI, and after owning one, I can honestly say I have no regrets. What surprised me most was how comfortable it is. I've taken multiple long road trips in this vehicle, and unlike some cars I've owned in the past, I never felt stiff or uncomfortable after spending hours behind the wheel. The seats are supportive, and it's a great vehicle for both daily driving and longer journeys. The handling is outstanding. It has that tight, responsive feel that people who enjoy driving BMWs will appreciate. It feels connected to the road, corners confidently, and is simply fun to drive every time you get behind the wheel. I also like that the technology is useful without being overwhelming. It has the features I want, but it still feels like a driver's car rather than a computer on wheels. The panoramic sunroof, premium audio system, and overall interior design make it feel more upscale than its price point would suggest. Most of all, I love the styling. The Countryman stands out from the crowd and has a unique personality that many vehicles lack. Every time I walked up to it, it felt like I was getting into something special. It's practical enough for everyday use, comfortable enough for road trips, and distinctive enough to put a smile on your face. If you're looking for a compact SUV that's fun, comfortable, and different from everything else on the road, the MINI Countryman is worth serious consideration.

CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
