Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." Over and over until I went to the dealership where I bought the car and the Parts Manager, Joe Singer, literally went the extra mile. He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. My salesman, Phil Polite, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as is my service adviser, Darius DeQuesnay. Thrilled to find exceptional customer service in a world where mediocrity is the norm.

This is a tough market and I shopped many places. I had an all around great experience at Otto's BMW! Daniel Stangl was wonderful to work with; very professional and patient with me and he went above and beyond to find a great vehicle in my price range. The finance person was well prepared and professional and we got it done quickly. The car is perfect for me; I am in love with my new BMW X1! Ms. Robia, Ms.Venna, Mr. Demarco, and all the staff was so wonderful and pleasant. I first started by speaking with Mr. Demarco about my last issues and stress with my last vehicle. He did not rush me. He kept in contact with me for weeks. Everytime that I spoke to Mr. Demarco my my face lit up. I had forgotten all about my issues with nit having a vehicle to drive. Ms Venna I spoke to second. She took her time once I got to pro sport she allowed to drive as many vehicles as I wanted. Ms.Robia was once again one of the sweetest people among the staff. Ms Robia allowed me to take my time, didn't rush me at all. She listened and stayed on the phone and gave me all of her undivided attention while muti tasking. Everyone at Conshohocken Pro Sport were wonderful!!! Don't go by reviews. Do to how great they were my mother ended up buying a car from them a couple weeks after I did and Loves it!!! She saw they took care of me with urgency making me feel I was the only customer that was important at the time I was being helped by them. 5 stars across the board! They are very genuine and truly care about their customers and will do what it takes to figure things out!! I am so pleased with my vehicle, I'm so pleased that do to their treatment seen by my family they brought a vehicle from them because it was like there were family. Don't always go by reviews have your own experience and go check them out!!!!

They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

I recently brought in my 2021 Mini Cooper for some warranty service. And although there was some damage done to my vehicle while it was in the shop, Scott my service advisor did a great job at helping to make things right again and in correcting the issue. He was accommodating, patient, understanding, and super helpful! I appreciate everything that Scott did to help me out and big kudos to him!

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

I've been a MINI lover since I purchased my MINI Cooper in 2013, and I always receive excellent customer service. Most recently, I had my car in for an inspection since I shipped my car from CA to PA. My service advisor, Barry Strauss, was awesome and took good care of me with clear communication and ordering me a Lyft home. I highly recommend MINI of the Main Line.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

To say that we will be telling everyone we know looking for a car to contact CarShop, specifically Michael Moffa, is an understatement. Michael was kind, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to get things to work for us and our budget. He went above and beyond, at one point even kneeling down next to our new minivan with a cloth to make sure everything was dry from the detailing before we took it home. I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!
