Spoke with Aaron Vanshanker on the phone to verify a mini advertised online. It was verified and I set up an appointment for the next day. Aaron was knowledgeable and showed us several of their cars. He did not pressure us but let us know he was available if we had any questions. We bought our car 2 days later. So we first went in on Saturday to look around and drove home our mini home the following Tuesday. They put a bow on our car and parked it in the showroom with our name on it. It was shiny and fantastic. They shared in my excitement and made me feel so happy. The car is awesome and I feel it was a good deal. It is early days but I am very satisfied so far - Aaron was professional and easy to deal with.

2017 MINI Clubman review
Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!

2019 MINI Clubman review
I LOVED my Mini Convertible but when the lease was up I decided to get something a little bigger to better fit my golf clubs AND my granddaughter and her stuff. When my lease expired I looked at lots of makes and models not knowing what I wanted... I came back to Mini Cooper and I love the huge panorama roof on the Clubman. There is enough room for my golf clubs to fit in the very back and I still have room for passengers. I love the zip of the turbo engine when I have it in Sport mode. The interior finishes are more upscale than other cars I looked at and the Infotainment system is very clear and easy to use. I got a really good price on a 2019 with very low miles. I feel like I got a good deal. It feels more sophisticated than my Mini Convertible. The Bose music system is great. I haven’t missed my convertible yet...I’m excited to drive it!

My husband and my new car purchase (1972 Monte Carlo) was actually the first sale for Bob SERPENTINI. We have continued to purchase all our new vehicles, maintenance, any repairs or body work from SERPENTINI in Orrville. My husband passed a few years ago, but I only felt comfortable remaining with this dealership even though other dealerships were closer to my residence. At 80 yrs old there are many times that I find myself relying on my son to keep my appointments in Orrville. But I am hoping that I will be able to continue being a loyal customer for several more years. Especially in these times, feel lucky if you can find a business that a person can rely on and trust. Bob and his staff should be proud that they can offer this kind of service to customers every day! Thank you for my being able to drive my 2026 Equinox off of their lot LAST week!
2011 MINI Cooper Clubman review
I purchased my 2011 MINI clubman base at 64xxx miles, and it now has close to 100k. In that time, I have replaced the clutch and the battery. Regular maintenance has been done as well. I absolutely love my MINI, they have so much character; like each one is different. It has been a very reliable car despite it being German engineering. The base model has a bit of trouble at high altitudes getting up steep hills so I definitely recommend the 6 speed manual, plus the S inevitably will have more problems than the base. I have driven it to the ski hill countless times and with the right tires, it did just fine even in white outs. I have gotten countless comments on how spacious the clubman actually is for a MINI, even the back seats! The suspension is pretty stiff, hence its amazing cornering capabilities, though when you hit a Colorado pot hole, it feels like you broke something; either in the car or yourself. but it rolls on! If I wasn't an avid camper and road tripper, I would always keep a MINI in my driveway. In fact once I'm in a position to own two cars, the second will definitely be another MINI; perhaps a new clubman. THE MPG is nothing short of amazing as well.
