I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

It was my best experience. Now, i can say that the money is well spent.
2019 MINI Clubman review
I LOVED my Mini Convertible but when the lease was up I decided to get something a little bigger to better fit my golf clubs AND my granddaughter and her stuff. When my lease expired I looked at lots of makes and models not knowing what I wanted... I came back to Mini Cooper and I love the huge panorama roof on the Clubman. There is enough room for my golf clubs to fit in the very back and I still have room for passengers. I love the zip of the turbo engine when I have it in Sport mode. The interior finishes are more upscale than other cars I looked at and the Infotainment system is very clear and easy to use. I got a really good price on a 2019 with very low miles. I feel like I got a good deal. It feels more sophisticated than my Mini Convertible. The Bose music system is great. I haven’t missed my convertible yet...I’m excited to drive it!

2017 MINI Clubman review
Researched to find a car that was fun to drive and good on gas. Decided on a 2017 MINI which I purchased through Carvana online. My used car arrived with just over 27,000 miles and a few months remaining on the original warranty. The MINI is fun to drive, looks good, handles well, and I enjoy driving it on my 80-mile round trip commute daily. Good on gas, it's nice to be able to switch between a Sport and Eco mode (not sure if this is more of a gimmic or not but while driving in Eco mode I seem to "Save" about 8 miles/day. I'm happy with my purchase and would purchase again.

Jim Juliani MotorsReviews
Jim Juliani Motors review
Had a really good experience with Jim Juliani Motor Cars in Waterbury. From the moment I walked in, the staff and management were great—easy to talk to, professional, and no pressure at all. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood the car and the deal without rushing me. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Their inventory is solid, and you can tell they’re selective about the vehicles they put on the lot. Everything felt straightforward and transparent, which made a big difference compared to other places I’ve dealt with. Any questions I had were answered honestly, and they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. You don’t get that everywhere. My car is fantastic and I’m genuinely really happy with my purchase. It runs great, looks great, and was exactly what I was looking for. Overall, just a good, honest dealership with a great team behind it. I’d definitely recommend Jim Juliani Motor Cars if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

First time ever purchasing a used car and found BHM online. I live in MI and was somewhat apprehensive about buying without seeing in person but only in photos, but car was everything I thought it would be. Sales associate Nader lead me thru the whole process and answered any questions I had and was very helpful and friendly. I'm now driving around in my S5 Audi and loving it and would HIGHLY recommend this dealer, and if you find what you're looking for make sure and ask for Nader and tell them Jeff sent you.

2009 MINI Cooper Clubman review
Owned for nine years, no repairs ever needed, just routine maintenance. Sporty, perfect city car, fuel efficient 33.5 mpg all around mileage. Clubman large enough for back seat passengers and surprisingly large room for cargo with seats folded down. A bit noisy and that sports car ride, but that is what you expect in a MINI

Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!

Great dealership all around. You can tell they really care about their customers. From start to finish, the process was quick, easy, and transparent. I drove from Rhode Island to purchase my 2023 Sierra 2500, and they kept me updated the entire time throughout the process, even when using outside financing. Would highly recommend to anyone in the New England area.
