The receptionist (Marisol? something like that) got me a coffee while I was waiting even though I hadn't asked. Coffee itself wasn't much, but the gesture stuck with me. Left with a Compass and a decent rate 🤝

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Honestly I'd already decided I was buying elsewhere. Came to this lot only because the color I wanted showed up in their inventory feed at like 11pm. Drove up the next morning half expecting the usual bait and switch. It was there, it was the right trim, and the out the door number they emailed me before I left the house was the number on the contract. I've bought five cars in my life and that's never once happened.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
120k on my old Ram and they still gave me something real for it instead of insulting me. bought another one that same day 💯
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Only thing I'd flag is the wait for the finance office, about half an hour past my appointment time, and I'd taken PTO for it. Once I was in there it moved quick and nobody tried to bolt extras onto the back end. Honesdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did right by me on the trade too, more than the online quote I'd been waving around.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
Andrick was very nice and very helpful. I don't have the best credit or a good down payment but he did everything possible to get me into a car. Very helpful!

Lexus of Orange CountyReviews
Lexus of Orange County review
What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them. Happy to be part of the Lexus of Orange County family... Thank you!!

Certified Auto Outlet review
Cody is our favorite sales guy. We have bought 4 cars from them. They are always friendly, and they know everyone knows us by name.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Butler Auto Sales, Inc.Reviews
Butler Auto Sales, Inc. review
I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Butler's back in 2018 for my growing family and it was a great car!! I just recently was able to trade in and upgrade for a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia and Noah went above and beyond to help me find the right car. He was so patient, let me drive all the cars I had seen online (even stayed late to do so) just to be sure I was making the right choice, answered all my questions in stride, and also helped me weigh my pros and cons for each choice I had. Noah made the process effortless and I will HIGHLY recommend Noah, Todd, Tyler and the rest of team at Butler's to anyone needing to trade or find the right fit. Great people, excellent customer service and I'll be calling them before anyone else when I'm ready to trade again.

Driven AutomotiveReviews
Driven Automotive review
I drove two hours to pick up my vehicle and it was ready to go with a full tank of gas. I was nervous about driving it home as it is an older truck with higher miles. About 15 minutes into the trip my nerves evaporated and I enjoyed every minute of the drive home. The truck was smooth and steady. I absolutely love it and the experience was totally stress free. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.
