I have bought my last two cars from Murdock! I worked with Adah and she was amazing to work with and extremely helpful answering all my questions.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Michael B with Murdock VW was super chill and very easy to work with. He and the Murdock VW team made the whole process quite quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Murdock VW and or Murdock dealerships in general. Like they say, "You've gotta come see us" So you definitely should if your looking at getting a new ride/whip lol

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

JJ was a great help in purchasing just the right car for us. We found the car online. It had to be small, light in weight and a manual transmission. We traveled to Logan to check it out and were very pleased with the cute, bright red, FIAT POP. Thanks, Murdock
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Excellent to deal with. Friendly salesman and staff. Second time buyer from Young Chevrolet and would buy again.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2005 Chrysler Town & Country review
ASE Parts Specialist 25 years. Bought this T&C Touring van with 175k miles from a family friend for $800 and figured it would need some things repaired. Being a tech for years, with good connections for parts, I might as well give it some love. Had a new battery and new rear tires I got to work. Replaced the following. PS pump and hose. Water pump, Upper and low intake gaskets, lower rad hose, Ft struts, rear coil over shocks, sway bar bushings and end link kits, front brakes, idler and tensioner pulleys, serpentine belt, transmission service and oil and filter change, 4 wheel alignment. Rides like new, would drive it to Florida tomorrow. Store n go seats are great.

Great Experience! I personally never heard of this place until I walked in the lot. I found the exact vehicle I have been looking for for years. The place is so unbelievably clean. If you’re looking for a unique ride for your next vehicle start here. Save your time going elsewhere. Gabe and Stefan were absolutely fantastic! I’ll recommend anyone I know to buy their vehicles here.

Performance Toyota Bountiful review
David and ashley went out of their way to find a truck that I was looking for and when they did, they contacted me right away. I set up an appointment for me to do a test drive and then work out my trade-in. I was very happy with their professionalism and their eagerness to give me what I wanted. The whole team at the dealership did a great job getting me home with my new truck. They made the trade-in and financing very painless and we’re able to negotiate a deal very quickly. They took care of everything and I was in and out within a few hours. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle. They have a gigantic inventory on their lot. Everything was very transparent and accessible on. I’m very happy and pleased with the outcome thanks again David and Ashley.
2021 Chrysler Pacifica review
We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

AutoSavvy Woods Cross review
It was a good experience but I wish they would tell you upfront that you are looking at title that may not work in your state or the insurance company will charge you a arm and leg to cover it
2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

AutoSavvy Woods Cross review
We didn't end up purchasing our vehicle here, but we really appreciated the professionalism of Brayden they were patient with us over multiple visits. Answering all of our questions and giving us the time we needed to make a decision. Although we ultimately chose to go a different direction, they handled the situation with understanding and worked with us to finalize everything. Smoothly, we're grateful for their time, flexibility and willingness to treat us with respect throughout the process.
2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

Purchasing my car at Woods Cross turned out to be an incredibly smooth and satisfying experience. Jarel, Vuk, and Steve were fantastic in guiding me through the options and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process, and the atmosphere at the dealership was quite inviting. I couldn't be happier with my new truck from Woods Cross, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience! This is the 2nd purchase that I make at an Auto Savvy dealership and will definitely be my to go place in any future vehicle purchases. Thanks to the entire team, my apologies if I missed anyone!!!
