It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) As we were concluding our leases on our 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sports, we decided to lease two Outlander PHEVs, which we hadn't even considered before. Tori and Bill provided us with valuable insights on the impressive performance of the PHEV and explained how it operates. Personally, I don't believe New England is quite ready for fully electric vehicles, but I must say the Hybrid is an excellent choice. Having both electric and gas options turned out to be much better than we initially thought. We are extremely satisfied with our new leases. Thank you, Tori, Bill, and Will, for guiding us through the leasing process and making it so easy. We look forward to seeing you for maintenance and again in three years when our leases are up!
