Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!
Champion is right near my husband and I so we were excited to check them out first when buying a car for a friend. I put 4 stars overall, only because the car we tried wasn’t what we had hoped it would be, but because we had an appointment at another dealership to look at other cars, we were unable to look in depth at their inventory. We ended up purchasing a car at a different dealership, because we happened to find exactly what we were looking for online the night before so we had been between the car at Champion and the other one already. The guys in Brockton were super nice and were really positive even about the next car we were going to look at that was located at a different dealership. They were really awesome to talk with and were super personable. My husband and I will definitely look there again first when we need another vehicle.
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I told them why I was there and asked what they currently had in stock that met my needs. Very helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with during the process. You can tell they really care. I will definately do business with them again.

I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.

After having a quite pleasant and very honest conversation over the phone with Frank I came from Chicago to see a car at EZ Motorcars. It’s very rare that a Used Cars dealer makes you feel like he’s honest. Didn’t get disappointed after the 100 miles drive, I was handed the keys to the car and was left alone for quite an extended time to look around the car and take a test drive. I like not being pressured and reassured unless I make my own mind if I want the car or not. Frank and Ed did not disappoint there. Only appeared when I was ready to continue the conversation and finalize the purchase. By the time I got home I had plenty of miles to listen, feel and reassure myself that the car was in a great condition – no hidden surprises. Great experience.
I approached Tre Kinney using Cars.com and he answered my questions promptly and provided the documents that I requested. He was pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle that I tested and anything that he did not know he refused to give us an answer on so as to avoid putting his foot in his mouth or just giving us what we wanted to hear, I respect this approach and it made me trust him more. We arrived in the evening (an hour before close) and when it came time to negotiate (dealership closing time) he sat with us and was patient in the approach. We counter offered three times and ultimately struck a deal. Tre and Carousel were willing to negotiate on the spot and were receptive to the reasoning behind my offer. Ultimately I got the deal I wanted and I am sure they got the deal they wanted. Win-win. Also a shout out to Chad in financing for sitting down and answering our questions. Highly recommend Tre and hope he does well at Carousel.
