If you read no other reviews about these folks READ this one!! I live over 2 hours from Pittsburgh and was Leary to look on line for a car. I had a bad experience before and was really afraid to make the trip. But Jon and Brent explained the car I was looking at in great detail. When I finally made the trip I could not be happier. The car was exactly as they said and they gave me what they said for my trade. We were in and out with my new car in an hour and a half, these people are great. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my sixties. I will drive to them again to buy another car!!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Everyone was so accommodating with us as we purchased a larger, new family vehicle. Carl was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every new feature of the car to us. He also worked with us as our schedule revolves around our infant and even came in the day he was supposed to go out of town for a family holiday! Our sales consultant was Tony Goodwin. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. He worked to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. When I buy my next car I will go back to him.
We really liked Brian and he was as helpful and informative as could be possible. The only reason I do not put excellent rating is that we felt misled from the Ads saying the vehicle was $17K and when we got there it was really not a correct statement.

Once I sent the mail for requesting the lowest price, the sale managers responded me in a short time and let me feel welcomed. And the costumer service is good as well.
