Experience was wonderful everyone was terrific. Atmosphere was very positive. Justin was so helpful , made me feel at home, calmed my worries. Loved that they use a bell when someone gets approved and everyone of employees clap.
Sharon's knowledge of the car I was purchasing was incrediable. She was accurate with all the finance information. She was just wonderful. I first spoke with the owner , Howard, and he did everything possible to make sure I stayed within my budget.
M&M went above and beyond to reach my payment goal on my dream car. Josh worked with me for a very long time until we reached the numbers of my wish. Once we got to that point I drove up there and they had everything ready for me. No numbers had changed, no last minute tricks. Sean was very welcoming, kind, and funny while he showed me around the car. Gloria the finance manager then took me into her office and was the perfect example of what a great finance manger should aspire to be. She didn???t try anything sneaky and kept everything truthful and looked out for me. I must have passed over 50 dealerships on my way to them from home, but I did it for the peace of mind that they provided me with from day one. Thanks again M&M!
Like most people, I dreaded the process of buying a car even more than a trip to the dentist. However, Sharon Tilden at M&M has made me change my mind. She was an excellent sales person--extremely knowledgable about the cars M&M sells, fantastic low pressure style, and efficient once we got down to negotiating. In a day's time, she got me the deal I wanted financially and found the exact car I wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend her and M&M to anyone looking to buy a car.

When shopping for a car a great sales person is the key to representing the dealership. I had a excellent experience at M & M. Sean Enright went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Sean found the right vehicle with all the necessary options. Sean kept us informed about the status changes. M & M has a large inventory and if they don't have what you want they will get it. So before you travel a great distance to shop for your next car, stop by and give them a chance. You could save time and money.

I have given a five star rating because I have been to many car dealerships in the past few years and M&M has been leaps and bounds above the rest in terms of everything. They took care of everything I needed. Went beyond the call to assist me with every step of the buying purchase and stayed till the end with the same 100% effort as when I walked in. I doubt I can ever go to another dealership because I know I won't have the same amazing service and smiles I had. I am so happy with my car! And happy to find such an amazing place. Sean and Gloria also deserve a shout out for such excellent and friendly service. I recommend them to everyone. New buyers or on your tenth vehicle, you won't be disappointed.
Wonderful operation from top to bottom. I visited 7 dealers in 3 days. The staff made the decision easy, very easy. Melissa my sales associate is a total professional who takes pride in her work and the company she represents. A pure pleasure, now I see why Lexus has the highest repeat ownership and this dealer is a perfect example of that excellence.
My Sales Associate Melissa Horan could not have been more accommodating and professional. A total pleasure to work with. She really went above and beyond. What perplexed me was my new car was not vacuumed, scuff marks on the doors and the tires weren't even armoralled (not sure that's a word) . Not what I expected from Lexus. Lincoln delivered my car freshly waxed, interior spotless and tires armoralled. This was a let down.
While having my Ram 1500 lease serviced which is ending in 2/19 I wondered into the sales dept saw a Charger AWD that I was interested in I sat in the vehicle and was thinking this is my next lease vehicle I WAS IGNORED BY THE ALL THE SALESMAN WHO SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN THEIR PHONES OR TELLING A STORY!!!!! NOT ONE ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME !!!!
I did a lot of online research for the vehicle I wanted, after numerous days and hours I found out this was the only dealership in 75-100 mile radius that had the trim and color I wanted. I was a little skeptical about driving an hour plus to another state to purchase a vehicle but I can now say it was definitely worth it. I did a lot through the phone and as the salesman (Charlie) promised once I got to the dealership I was in and out. I spent exactly an hour there, he was very helpful and also like he said no BS, what he offered was what I got, they worked with me as they knew I was coming from far, so I definitely recommend this dealership and if you go ask for Charlie. Having bought numerous cars both new and used over the years at various dealerships, this was the first experience that I didn???t feel pressured to buy. The service and communication were excellent throughout the process. I worked with Brian Ruperti and his service was excellent, I would highly recommend asking for him when you walk through the door.
A new vehicle purchase with a number of recalls and back ordered parts. Once in shop all was taken care of, even an oil change which I didn't even ask for. Great job.
