Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I flew in from New York and they arranged to have me picked up from the airport. The negotiation process was pretty simple as well. I drove the car back over 1,000 miles without a hiccup. I am enjoying my new Telluride SX Prestige X-Pro very much. My old car was a 2010. The technology advances deployed in this vehicle are amazing. I'm still learning all the included options. I highly recommend this vehicle.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Anti-Freeze and oil leak discovered during routine servicing. Called my SD, Nick, at Kolosso Dodge in Appleton to have it repaired. He got me in as quickly as possible based on repairs needed. All repairs completed in one day, to my satisfaction. Nick, as always, was polite, efficient and prompt. They are the best.

I showed up without an appointment because I was in the area. Asked the young man at the entrance to the oil change building if they had any room to fit me in so I could have my transmission flushed with filter change (as recommended in manual due to the new style transmissions being a ?sealed? unit) as well as an oil change. He got me in later in the afternoon. I was in the waiting area only an hour for everything to be done. Pop and coffee available at no charge. Comfortable seating as well as a television. Very relaxing really.

Keith & the guys were very friendly, professional & thorough. The facility is dog friendly, which I love! They let you know what you vehicle needs without pressuring you or trying to upsell.

I downsized from an Odyssey, and it's just the right size for this small 80-year-old woman. It's easy to get into, with the seat at the right height so I don't have to climb up or drop down. The only complaint I have as far as comfort goes is that there's no armrest attached to the driver's seat. I'm short, so when I raise the seat, my arm does not touch the center console, the intended arm rest. I love that they went back to the gear shift rather than buttons. As far as performance goes, I love it. It drives very smoothly and is very easy to drive, park, and U-turn. They improved the cruise control, which was uneven on the 2022 Odyssey, going up and down on hilly freeways. The paddles and the idle stop feature save fuel and brake pad wear. The dash display shows when gas is being used, and also when the battery is being charged while coasting. I'm very happy with this car.

Our salesman, Cody Schuhart, was very polite and very helpful. We liked it that he wasn't pressuring us to make a purchase. He answered any and all questions we had. When we saw an interior color we liked he jumped right on it and found one in Oshkosh. When we made the deal the vehicle was in Appleton within an hour to hour and a half! Plus he is willing to help us with the vehicle options on how to use some of them that are new to us. Overall it was a pleasant experience in purchasing our 2026 Equinox.

I come from a long line of Hondas and Toyotas but my new 2026 Palisade Calligraphy is the best driving vehicle I have purchased to date. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and I can tell a very noticeable improvement in power (which really wasn’t even that important to me). It has the most beautiful, sleek, and innovative interior and drives and rides unbelievably smooth.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.
