Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

I have confidence in the Service area of Bill Kay Honda! The staff know me and I trust them. All the cars in our household were purchased from Bert. We trust him and the service department and feel Honda is a quality product. That is why we continue to come back and refer to people we meet to go to Bill Kay and our has their car from Bert!!! This is my second Hyundai Santa Cruz, and my positive experience with the platform led me to trade in my 2023 Santa Cruz for a 2026 Santa Cruz Limited in September 2025. The vehicle continues to distinguish itself as an exceptionally versatile and well-executed crossover truck, offering a strong balance of modern features, impressive power and towing capability, and cutting-edge technology. From bumper to bumper, the Santa Cruz feels thoughtfully engineered. The vehicle is highly intuitive to operate, with logically placed controls that are easy to find and use. The instrumentation is clear and legible, and the interior layout prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and overall driving enjoyment. Everything feels deliberate rather than overcomplicated. Styling remains a standout strength. Both the exterior and interior designs are modern, distinctive, and refined without sacrificing functionality. The interior, in particular, maximizes comfort and ride quality while avoiding the cluttered or overwhelming feel that can come with heavily tech-laden vehicles. My favorite interior feature is the single, large digital display that seamlessly integrates the instrument cluster and infotainment system. The presentation is clean, cohesive, and modern, enhancing usability rather than distracting from the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Santa Cruz Limited builds confidently on the strengths of earlier models and delivers a well-rounded, technology-forward package. That said, there is always room for improvement. A few changes could make future Santa Cruz models even better: Power-folding mirrors should be standard or at least offered on higher trims. This feature is long overdue, particularly for tight parking situations and automated car washes. Since the mirrors are already powered, this feels like a logical next step. Advanced safety systems should match or exceed those offered by Subaru. Beyond the obvious safety benefits, achieving parity would help ensure the insurance industry recognizes Hyundai’s systems in the same way, potentially extending comparable insurance discounts to Hyundai owners. All-weather floor mats need improved coverage in the driver’s footwell. Specifically, protection should extend higher along the left footrest area, behind the pedals, and further up the console side to better contain dirt, snow, and debris. Bring back the original Hyundai steering wheel logo. The current Morse-code “H” design feels out of place and awkward in an otherwise well-executed interior. Overall, the Santa Cruz remains a standout vehicle in its segment. With a few targeted refinements, it could easily set the benchmark.

It was a nice experience. The interior and exterior are very nice. I can say that this is a good purchase for personal and family use.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is smiling and happy to help, and the service is quick. I had an oil change with filters changed, wiper blades changed, alignment, and interior detail, and there was a scuff on the paint I wanted looked at, and they buffed it out for me. I always schedule my appointments far enough ahead to be able to have a loaner and they always provide a nice, sporty civic for me to use. The prices are so much better than other dealerships I've dealt with, and I don't feel like things are being added on that aren't necessary. Or that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is definitely a wonderful environment and I love that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.
