I was cautious about making a big purchase relying only on pictures and online/telephone communications as the dealer location is 500+ miles from my location. The transaction was completed online and the vehicle shipped to my home. I was delighted when I saw it for the first time as it came off the truck. This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Chase was amazing! He was so patient as we thought we wanted one car and then switched to a different car the next day! He was very kind and made us feel comfortable about our decision. He said, “He just wanted us to be happy”. I truly believed he did. He's very patient...wants to be sure that he has educated us on all aspects of the vehicle. I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

I would recommend this car for a single individual, maybe as a commuter or a teenage driver. I wouldn’t recommend for growing families. Four adults will not fit comfortably, it’s just too small. I wish I would have got the CX-70 but they’re just too expensive.

Long-time Brad Barker and now O’Brien Honda automotive clients. Since the late ‘90s we have been coming here. Never disappointed. Always pleased!!

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

Jason was honest and easy to deal with. I usually dread the whole process of haggling and buying a car. A very pleasant experience!

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Great experience buying a Ford Maverick from Sam Leman. Alfonso was my salesman and the experience was positive. Can was detailed and filled with gas. I had previously bought a car for Napleton's in Urbana, IL. It was such a horrid experience that I would never buy from them again. Next time I need another vehicle I will be going back to Sam Leman.
