The experience was great. Called about the car and asked for what the bottom line would be out the door. Got a great car for a great price. The buying process was very easy. No hassle. No fuss. We bought this car brand new. One thing I don’t like is it has no spare tire, just an air pump. We don’t drive a lot. We have owned our car a little over two years and we have 5322 miles on it. Since we have had it the AC Compressor locked up, under warranty, replaced with new belt, then a front axle had to be replaced because the metal ring was put above the rubber boot, under warranty, the most recent our battery was dead, very cold winter, and a power steering module was draining the battery, under warranty. There is a recall on the computer screen, we never had an issue with it , but that was replaced. When we purchased this car we paid a good amount to have an extended warranty for 6-7 years after the Chrysler one is done. May be a good thing we purchased that. Everything is covered on this car, with the exception of maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, etc…. We love the car, handles nice, does well in the snow, and it looks good!!!! We have no worries, we have the warranty for the next several years. The Chrysler dealer we take it to are very nice, competent, polite fellows. I’m sure all makes and models Chevy’s, Ford’s, etc…all have manufacturing issues. Like I said this car handles nice, and looks good. I read in Italy they have Hornets as police cars. So we will give it a 4 star out of 5. Happy Motoring Folk’s!!!!!

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

A great looking car. We will probably never learn all of the features the car has. Dealer was excellent and no problems working with them. Only one thing not to like was the location of the Emergency Brake lever. Things seem to get set there, and locking the lever.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Service personnel Mr Robert is a very pleasant and patience gentleman.. i am recommending him to most of the dodge owners that are very unsatisfied with clovis ca dealer.. Selma is so far great

We purchased our truck in January and so far it has been excellent. I see people complaining about the interior being plastic. Well, most ALL cars are plastic inside and outside. We're older and think the Z71 Interior is well designed for comfort. Not a fan of things being put into a display. Things light lights should be a knob or button something that can be used without messing with the display. Still the interior is well laid out for a truck, it is a truck after all. It is not a car but the inside of the Colorado is to us about as good as it gets for looks. The truck itself has run out well; I just completed a 500-mile oil and filter change. I hope the truck will last for a very long time at least 20 years. At my age I do not have many more purchases left in me so hope and pray it lasts. I honestly feel trucks and cars today are way way overpriced due the fact most of them barely last long enough to get off the lots. I see complaints about reliability every truck we looked at and we looked at every brand and read reviews before after 2 years deciding we decided to go with the Colorado. Why? Because all of them had huge issues so we picked hopefully the least issues. I bought and extended warranty so hopefully this covers all those issues reported. That being said, everything I have seen suggest that the 2026 the later built ones had most of those issues resolved if not all of them. We have had the truck now 3 weeks no issues so far. It is very comfortable to ride in, we have done on several longer distance trips, and it has been a wonderfully comfortable truck. The overall look of the truck is very nice; it looks like a beast and sporty We had several inches of snow here and the truck went through the snow and ice like it wasn't there, of course we were careful, but the truck did very well. The 2-wheel drive worked well, only needed 4 high when the snow was piled up waist high in the drive entrance. I can't think of a thing we dislike about the 2026 Colorado Z71 so far it has been brilliant!

No one wants to have to take their car in to be repaired. At least the services was great and the people really took care of me.

just bought my 2026 equinox, not to happy with the snow Ice mode vs having AWD , on thing I would change is getting the AWD that also has a off road package. I am also not happy with not being able to add roof racks after market. Do very much enjoy the added space unlike my 2018 equinox it is definitely bigger and more spacious. gas mileage is good . the interior is very nice and love the heated steering wheel as a standard now. overall I rate my 2026 a 4/5

I appreciated that they treated my needs with respect and listened to what i needed or wanted and fulfilled as much as they could. I dislike being pushed and I found the sales team and manager very relaxing.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄
