Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

I was shopping online and sent an inquiry and they were very quick to respond. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold very fast. They notified me right away and did not push other vehicles on me, which I appreciated.

Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! After much research, I found, what I felt to be, a good deal on a used car. I drove from from Orlando to Ocala intending to purchase the vehicle after a test drive. I test drove the car, liked the way it drove and purchased the vehicle. Because my wife could not drive the vehicle home, I pulled a trailer from Orlando to Ocala and towed the car home. After getting home and unloading the car, I realized that there was no sound from the radio, phone, and nav. I had forgotten to test the sound system when I test drove the car. I called my salesman, Mike "Irish" Bedaw to see if there was anything he could do. He spoke to his sales manager, also named Mike, and they told me to bring the car back and they would take a look at the issue. I returned the car late afternoon on a Tuesday. On Friday morning, Irish called and told me the car had a faulty Amp which was replaced at no charge to me. Even though I had to make 3 round trips from Orlando, I was very pleased with the way this situation was handled and with the way that my wife and I were treated. I have lots of experience dealing with car dealers and never as positive as this. Very pleased with VW of Ocala.

In the performance category, it needs to have the gas mileage up since they went to a V6 dual turbo you ought to be knocking on 25 miles to gallon like the Chevrolet’s in the Fords,, as far as driving performance it’s great. It’s just the gas mileage. It’s suffers, and I drive at wild.

I bought a 2026 Frontier Pro 4X in the pearlstone blue. I love the looks of the truck. It seems to be well made and is actually made in the USA. The gas mileage is not great but, it is a 4wd so the 20mpg is about right. The only things that I don't like is the steering is quite hard to turn for power steering. I don't know why they didn't use an electric assist like most other makes use instead of hydraulic. My hands get sore and tired after driving awhile, and the seats are very uncomfortable for me after driving awhile. I am going to try a lumbar cushion and I have talked to a local upholstery guy who will add padding on the bottom for $200. I'll try a cushion and see. If that doesn't work than I'll have him work on it. He said he'll pull the seat and add padding and have me come in and sit on it and adjust as needed. I thought that was a great price considering he has to remove the seat and reinstall it. I won't bother with the passenger seat. Bottom line. It is a truck after all and not built for a vacation cruise vehicle. All and all it is a better made truck with a lot of accessories that you will pay ten grand more for on a Toyota Tacoma or a Ford Ranger.

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. One thing I could say , they are very responsive. I wish I was able to make a deal if it wasn’t for my down payment amount I would taken that car so bad . I need it too .

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes,rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

It was a nice experience. The interior and exterior are very nice. I can say that this is a good purchase for personal and family use.

Everyone here at Jenkins Volvo was great starting off with a simple call from Segourney about a 23 Volvo S60 Recharge Black Edition that catch my eye while browsing local dealerships. She was nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions I had. I was in a decision mode on which vehicle I wanted since I ordered a Tesla but wanted to search other options cause I didn’t get a good time frame on when I would get my car. So I decided to go there to check it out which I was greeted by her and Mr Jeavaun. Jeavaun was also very knowledgeable about the Volvos which was very impressing since he just started there. He walked me through everything on what this car had to offer. Even when we went on a test drive he continued to educate me on the car which once again express me. So once we got back from the test drive we discuss my trade valve which yes I could of sold it outright but people don’t realize your saving on sales tax if you trade your vehicle in so in my opinion they were fair on my trade. The sales Manager Wayne with the cute hat approached us which and we both agreed on the final numbers. So now it’s time to speak to the finance manager Shevon which me being in the auto business for over 20yrs Iam like oh this should be interesting. Well he also was great to deal with and made us laugh. I don’t want to forget to mention Ron Neal in sales cause he also help in the purchase and made it a great buying experience.
