Best car buying experience ever thanks to Russell Coyne! I love my new RAV4 limited and if Russell hadn’t gotten involved the deal wouldn’t have happened. I called wanting a specific vehicle I saw that was still in transit from the factory. I live quite far so we were able to make the deal over the phone. I waited about 3 weeks for the car to arrive and Russell kept me updated the whole time. When it finally arrived he had it delivered to me right away, even on a Sunday. The delivery guys were awesome too. They delivered it in perfect condition with a full tank. They took time to explain everything I wanted to know about the car. Rave to Rey at Porterville Ford! The battery in our car died but was able to get one last start out of it. Driving around and scared to turn the car off, we called and they let us drive right over. Even though it was during their lunch time, they provided and replaced our battery right then and had us back on our way in about a half hour. That's customer service that is hard to find these days. This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

This 2026 is my 3rd Trax and I love them! Perfect size, especially as a Senior. Gets me up high and overall car size very manageable. The price point is great and even adding all the safety and interior amenities. Maneuvers easily and great on gas in both intercity and long distance driving. Digital Screen size is great & easy to use.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.The sales staff were friendly and professional, and were not high pressure. The only issue was their detail staff were not very experienced and some things needed to be corrected.

Kia provided excellent service and great customer service delivered my car back immediately and great care.

The finance person was just as nice as our sales person and also was not pushy to sell us anything we didn't want. 7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.
